The breakfast was great with landing and toast and served by the amicable staff. My room was compact and new-fashioned with a luxurious bath. The train station near the property was really handy.

The location of this hotel near to south/west London, the Tube station and close local restaurants was magnificent and absolutely perfect. The staff and the host were all exceptionally kind and affable. The room was spotless, moreover modern with lovely bathroom.

It was wonderful old and incredibly friendly place to stay. Got the same big size room with lovely bathroom booked online, really enjoyed that. The staff were extremely friendly and had a sense of humour. The location was great and stunning, just a short stroll away from The Cavern Club.

Everything was great, the parking was nearby, the room was beautiful and amazing. The location was super, directly on the Heathrow flight path overlooking street. Moreover, it was so close to Kew garden, and great restaurants. We didn't have time, but we would stay here again and again.

It is a stunningly beautiful and amazing property located in Mortlake district just next door to Kew Bridge underground station, the Botanic Garden and the tube. It has magnificent setting so close to everything. They provide coffee and toast, that is incredible.

The staff were amicable and efficient up until the day we left. The food was incredible - a wide array of options. It was close to London or Richmond and main flight path, good and fab location overall. Mortlake district was worth staying in.

The place deserved 4 stars. The staff were both efficient and thoughtful. The hotel was in the central setting to a garden where you might see the fox in the morning. We could also visit Queen Charlotte's Cottage.

Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 0 minutes.

We think it's a nice base for staying in Richmond. The rooms are stylish and immaculate with a luxurious bath, so that guests have essentials.
