Everything was superb, attentive staff, excellent location close to the Notting Hill Gate tube stop, very close to the tube station and bus stops and many supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. We had the triple room which was romantic and tastefully decorated. The English breakfast was superb with varieties. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We have spent 4 days in suite with heating, Victorian fireplace and garden, everything was good. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were nice.

It is a charming old property located in Bayswater district near to nearest tube station as well as beautiful Art Deco trolley with bone China cups.

Big room overlooking garden. Beautiful bathroom, and an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and an iron. Very central location and close to a subway station. A great selection of places to visit, such as a coffee shop and eateries close to the hotel.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

The staff was polite and courteous, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. Great location just next door to Portabello Rd market and transport, eateries and pubs were walking distance to the hotel.

The breakfast options are amazingly good and absolutely fantastic with jam honey and fresh fruit, as for instance. The location is perfect and nice, 2 km from a Hyde park.

The location was great and incredible, walking distance to eateries and pubs. I had fabulous food for breakfast with varieties. The staff were unobtrusive and welcoming all the time.

There was a very uncomfortable bed.

The English breakfast was WONDERFUL and gorgeous with toast, fresh fruit too plus good coffee. The location was marvellous, for example, a Kensington palace was just a short stroll away from the hotel. The property was close to a subway station.

Lovely old and absolutely gorgeous place to stay with exceptional services and views of garden. Absolutely perfect location close enough to Holland park, local attractions and central London, could not be better.

It was in a very central location, close to London sights via tube. The rooms where quiet with tasteless furnishing, the stuff were excellant. The breakfast was great and lovely, the check in was smooth.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The sun in splendour, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel. We liked staff and rooms. There was a trolley bus stop not far away. Close proximity to notting hill and other tourist sites.
