Modern and perfectly nice place to stay with always polite stuff apart from the female receptionist when we checked out. Great and fab location, a palace and a gallery walking distance to the building.

I liked this cute little and good standard hotel, it did not disappoint. I stayed for 1 night here and had a very good time. Fantastic location near to Sloane Square tube stations, many sights, shops, cafes, restaurants, tour buses and trains and the local pub and supermarket, I felt safe.

Their staff were very unfriendly.

The location was perfect and beautiful, to london tower or the bridge or to heathrow airport. Our room had a really nice bed, it was well-equipped.

Everything is really good here, had a real good stay for a business trip. The breakfasts are free and adequate with ham and bread rolls, for instance. The staff are friendly professional, answered every question I had. The hotel has a peaceful and decent location nice to experience such an affluent area.

Reasonably priced place, had a really good stay for a short London visit. We stayed in a quadruple room with 3 beds. The location was convenient, near Victoria metro as well as Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, close to Victoria Station.

Luggage storage, a heating system, and a kettle in the room, good and fab location.

Fabulous food, very very kind staff at check-out. Magnificent and wonderful location, close to major transport. Based just off Buckingham Palace and even Westminster Abbey/Big Ben, and shops chelsea and train station.

I had air conditioning, luggage storage, and a kettle in the well-equipped room. The hotel was in the central setting in the garden which would have be beautiful. Also, Victoria was not far. Thoroughly enjoyed wine bar and its complimentary drinks.

In overall, the place is chic, has unobtrusive staff at check-out. It is a chic building, the rooms are neat in the lowest level of basement. Enjoyed our 1 day in this hotel, nothing too much trouble.

The total stay was very good for a short London visit. The restaurant was really nice for dinner, I tried simple dishes. Greatly enjoyed their wine bar.

It has stunning very central location very close to Victoria Bus station which was ideal for us as we took the megabus gold to London.

Planned to see London major attractions and it was nice base for visiting all of them. The location was peaceful and decent, met service-minded staff at check-out. The hotel was in a very very nice area. Really nice restaurant provided Indian dishes.

I ate at a good restaurant for dinner. Heating, luggage storage and coffee were appreciated. The location was great and beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Decent size and newly renovated rooms available with all appliances, cast off cushions plus a double bed. Incredible location in a cute little area really close to the Victoria palace theatre and victoria coach station and bus lines and several tube stations.

The hotel had a central position close enough to trains and tube, Victoria rail & coach station, and Astors for a business trip. Plus, it was walking distance to Elizabeth Street.

The breakfast was adequate for what was on offer with pastries and boiled eggs. The location couldn't be more peaceful and decent right near Victoria station.

All in all everything was very good, had a real good stay for two nights. The breakfast was free and adequate with tomatoes and toast and orange juice. The location was quiet and decent, very close to major transport hubs with easy access to a shopping mall and a market.

Everything was very good, had a very good stay on a business trip. The staff were best and thoughtful, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The restaurant onsite was really nice, it served tasty dishes.

The location of this recently refurbished hotel was incredible, in a nice quiet area. The staff was courteous, provided an early check-in and a late check-out.

Everything was simply amazing. Welcoming staff, public parking, excellent location. There's The Jones Family Kitchen within 5 minutes walk or so, really loved their menu.
