The position was unbeatable, restaurants and eateries are close to the hotel.

Location - particularly good, next to trainstation and the train station and bus shelters. Also, in the Center of City.

Had squeaky clean double room with shower and wake-up service was available in it.

Last time we stopped we had a bright, squeaky clean room with air conditioning, AC and combined heater. The staff was service-minded when needed.

I liked the room with air conditioning, the bed was comfy.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the room was squeaky clean. The hotel's location was easy, close enough to trainstation, and Seven Kings train station. Ate at Gymkhana, it's at a medium distance from the venue.

The hotel was in an easy location, close to tube. Sometimes it was hot outside, so we went to Mowgli Street Food, had some food there.

We had a fine stay at this hip new hotel. The property was perfectly clean and staff was pleasant and excellent. The location was unbeatable, close to a train station, so it was really easy to travel around. And close to restaurants and eateries, it was a bonus.

Everything was nice during 2 days, thoroughly enjoyed its excellent and great location close enough to shops, and a supermarket. The room was spotless and what's more - included a shower and fresh towels.

The location minute walk from a railway station is good and perfect. There are restaurants and cafés nearby, liked where it was set.

Thanks a lot for the excellant stay for both nights of my stay. The double room is new-fashioned and has a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and TV. It is equipped with a roll-in shower, which is a bonus. A good and magnificent location, I will be back.

Its wonderful base for sightseeing and exploring Ilford. The stuff are pleasant and welcoming and deserve a 3-star rating. The setting is good and unbeatable, very close to Newbury Park station on Central Line, the city centre and numerous grocery stores. I totally recommend this hotel and will come back.

Sincerely, it was a very pleasant stay for both nights of my stay. The staff were affable, comfortable location too close to metro. Being next to Kebabish was nice, I had dinner there.

There were comfortable beds and a flat screen TV, ironing facilities and a writing table inside the room. The location was unbeatable, not too far from Seven Kings Park: )

The hotel met the demands, I would absolutely stay here again. Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, very comfy bed and modern room.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the train station and tube and food places. Great to be 200 metres away from Wok Wala, enjoyed our meal there. Booked triple room with air conditioning.

The airport is 0.5 km away, easy to get to. The staff is polite, affable.

Overall, it's brilliant base for exploring London attractions. It is close to the train station, that's good. The service is exceptional, includes free parking. Great to have wake up service and ironing free of charge. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
