Good-sized rooms and hypoallergenic pillows. Delicious and warm breakfast with "continental " items and excellent location.

This was my very very good stay with 2 nights at this hotel. Perfectly clean and the staff was competent. Everything was fine, including delicious and hot breakfasts with beverages and hot toast made to order, as for instance.

The double room was nicely refurbished, included a storage space, coffee, and a TV. The breakfast had nice choices and there were eggs and bacon. There was superfriendly and extremely polite staff and the service was friendly.

Great-sized and fully functional room with very comfy beds, a laptop safe, central heating, and an iron. Clean private bathroom. Particularly good location right by the nearby Marleybone High Street as well as Baker Street underground which has multiple tube lines-easy to access Kings Cross, Euston and Paddington, efficient check-in.

The hotel is lovely quiet, nestled in a very cozy building with city views. Hot breakfast that includes eggs and bacon. The venue's location is incredible and the staff are knowledgeable.

The continental breakfast was nice hot and had eggs and bacon. Overall rooms were fully functional and contemporary and had coffee, a TV set, and a writing table. The location was marvellous and decent, the staff were fairly friendly. Moreover, it was 4 km from Victoria and Albert Museum.

Big, superior and clean hotel. Contemporary and recently refurbished unit with aircon, excellent staff. Very central location, just off central London and Sussex gardens and next to a museum and a theatre.

My room was comfortable modern & air conditioned and overlooked the city.

We walked everywhere, the location was perfect and fantastic, in popular Marylebone neighborhood. The breakfast was delicious and hot, it consisted of eggs and bacon.

In a great and efficient location next to various sights, a museum and a theatre. Eateries and bars next to it.

Fantastic location so close to station, nice restaurants in the local area. For tea or coffee visit Sara Cafe Shisha nearby. A good choice of food for breakfast including eggs and bacon.

This small hotel stands out for its nice design. Make sure you stay in the double room with a double bed, aircon, for example.

Overall had really nice stay with 2 nights at this hotel. There were fully functional, newly remodelled rooms with twin beds. This venue was set in a very central area adjacent to the Baker Street tube station and Marylebone's many lovely shops and restaurants, Paddington and Piccadilly and many bus stops and baker street underground station. Also, a national museum was easy to reach.

The single room overlooks the city and includes coffee & tea makers and glassware. The price is just right - £ 101.

My must haves' are a tastefully decorated, perfect little room with safe, a lovely continental breakfast was served, as example.

There was delicious and nice hot breakfasts with orange juice and hot toast made to order. It was in an excellent location close to restaurants and cafés.

Everything at this small hotel was amazing as we expected. Recently refurbished and large unit as too close for comfort, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The venue had a fantastic location next to Hay Hill Gallery.

The extremely polite staff made a good impression. The venue was set in the very central position near to shopping districts, the nearby Marleybone High Street, and Baker Street tube station. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Burgershack.

The location was great and efficient to the Baker Street underground station, we really enjoyed it. The staff were knowledgeable and amiable, everything was modern during our stay.

Amazing very central location close to Baker Street Station which has a direct line to Wembley Park Station, Paddington and is convenient for generally getting about London, Madame Tussaud's and Oxford street and Hyde park being in walking distance. There was The Kitchen at Holmes near the hotel.

The location was convenient: the main shopping centre and a market where within walking distance. An underground station close to the hotel was really handy. The stuff were professional, overall.

The breakfast was delicious and you could try eggs and bacon etc. The hotel had a very central location and it was next to Hay Hill Gallery.

The continental breakfast included bacon and eggs, but we didn't have time and didn't try all the menu. The view from suite was pleasant! The bed was comfy and the staff were knowledgeable. Its location was peaceful and top, near to Baker steet Underground station.

It is a good little and modern looking property located in Westminster Borough district near to England and London, Marylebone High Street, Oxford street, Bond Street or Camden, and Oxford St Great local restaurants. The breakfast offers plenty of eggs and bacon. The hotel has a very central location excellent to the tube station & surrounding area. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 25 minutes.

The location was comfortable, relatively close to Wigmore Hall. I was lucky there was a tube station close to the hotel. The staff there were service-minded and genuinely helpful. The morning breakfast was warm with hot toast made to order, pastries-warm plus " continental " items.

i've had a very nice stay for an overnight business trip. trendy boutique hotel with pleasant views as a bonus. the staff was affable and accommodating, everything was great. the room was new-fashioned and had a very comfy bed. a safe box, central heating and an iron were a nice touch.

The location was unbeatable and awesome, you can visit a national museum by walking. It also was in a quiet area.

Choosing for lunch the kitchen at holmes, which is situated 200 feet away was a good idea. Here we were so close to few of our favorite spots such as london zoo. Easy walk to Marylebone metro stop, some 15 minutes walk...
