The property's location was good and perfect, close to public transport. Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 4 km away. The bedroom was good-sized and large. I could use an iron with ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and TV.

The hotel had indeed a great location to Hampton Court Flower festival. Also, it was 10 min drive from Staines Moor Country Park.

Enjoyed our 2 nights here. The room was a nice size and provided with ensuite bathrooms, bedside table, as example. Central location was a plus.

I had great 1-night stay here! The hotel had a central position short walk to Hampton Court and Bushey Park, Close to restaurants, and Hampton Court Palace.

The staff were superfriendly and hospitable and the location was stunning close to trainstation. Plus, it was near to shops, restaurants and the station as well as town centre and train station.

The location was marvellous: a local store and shops were within walking distance. The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a great area.

Booked the hotel for its good location so close to restaurants and public transport, many shops, and Hampton Court. Btw, we were quite close to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Low-budget place with modern and spotless rooms. An electric kettle, central heating, and an iron and ironing board in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Extremely clean facilities there. Excellent location; welcoming and incredibly welcoming staff.

The room was reasonably priced and newly decorated, and it had an ironing set, coffee/tea making machines, and TV that were useful. I truly enjoyed sleeping on a very comfy bed. The location of the hotel was particularly good, in the actual pub. Hospitable and excellent staff who cared about me.

Enjoyed this hotel, had 2 good days here. The location was comfortable and easy for first time visitors to Surbiton. We had early meal in Kfc, based nearby.

I lovely spend 3 nights in Surbiton. It was in a marvellous and perfect location next to the pub downstairs and close to the train station. Found time to see Church of st Matthew, that's around 10-15 minutes walk from the property. Great service was provided here. Everything met expectation, I would stay here again.

What a such great stay, nothing to complain about. Informative staff, great services, and stunning location close to Windsor and Wimbledon, and trains and buses. Appetising and gorgeous meals.

The location was central, easy near to train station into London. Our twin room was complete with the bar, a double bed plus ensuite bathrooms.

We didn't want to leave, would definitely recommend. We had a great 3-star experience here. The venue was set in the central position next to Hampton Court, and a pub.

The hotel was located just off trains and the boats. Besides, the location was marvellous and handy for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of St John. It also was on the Thames. The food they offered was delightful, had plenty of meals.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would definitely book here again. This accommodation had a central setting very Close to the train station. Also, Christ Church was max 15 minutes walk to. Its personnel was courteous and charming, nothing too much trouble.

This hotel was set in a central area next to centre, the train station and central London. Dined at The Italian Taste, it was relatively close to the venue.
