The rooms were updated and soundproof and had pleasant views. The service was absolutely excellent.

The view from the balcony of our well decorated room was fantastic. It included a very clean bed and a functional bathroom.

Great way to end our weekend. Immaculately clean accommodation, attentive staff on the reception desk. A wide range of food for breakfast including pastries, yoghourt, and fruit.

Pastries, yoghourt, and fruit were a nice touch. It was in the central location, had very attentive and friendly attentive staff at the receptionist.

It was really great value. Travelled with my granddaughter, spent 2 nights here and had a just perfect stay. All of the staff were highly courteous, experienced.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Well-appointed accommodation with handy setting just off contacting the restaurant, the golf club, and taxis. Nicely decorated and well-equipped units like in the pictures and caring staff.

The venue was good looking and extremely comfy, I enjoyed the location right by other sporting facilities with loads of free parking as well as the centre, and gardens views. The hotel was in the central setting near business district.

We asked for guest room and it was well-organised and nice cosy with good view.

Booked the hotel for its lovely and stunning location very close to a local restaurant and the historic nature. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

Elegant-style building, recently renovated and good-sized rooms with a view of the grounds and the bath. Very good breakfast option with cheeses and mushrooms.

The venue is reasonably large and perfectly clean with a nice value and outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice staff. Pastries, yoghourt, and fruit for a nice hot and very good breakfast for tea/coffee.

Air-conditioned room, comfortable bed and a recently renovated decor. Perfect setting, not far from taxis arriving and going and the restaurant and bar areas.

The stay for a special weekend away certainly was great value. Exceptionally nice stuff at the receptionist, the room was nicely refurbished and double superior. That hotel was in a great and lovely location, in the Tempus restaurant. And it was also just off the golf club and a beautiful park.

Accommodating staff, excellent services, and fab location not far from both bars, the outside areas and the dining areas and East Croydon. Exceptionally comfortable bed in guest room with a flat-screen TV, a terrace, and a safe box. With efficient check-in and very good check-out, this hotel was fabulous.

The rooms where airy and updated, were equipped with kids do, good buffet breakfast, bedrooms.

The location was incredible, overlooking the car park. It was located in an extremely comfortable area right by the restaurant for dinner, and the glorious manor house.

In overall, the place is grand old, has well experienced staff on the reception desk. They provide pastries, yoghourt and fruit, that is excellent. It offers wonderful location near to south London, and the outside areas.

Loved my VERY NICE stay as an internationaler business traveler. This hotel was great value in comparison to other hotels. There were stylish & en suite rooms with shower and a complimentary drink in the bar plus the bathroom.

Bed & pillows were large, I slept well. Its location was marvellous and handy in beautiful parkland. What's more, it was really close to the golf course, beautiful grounds, the restaurant.

Its stuff and food where very good. I had neat room with a view. Overall the staff was efficient and exceptional. The pool area was nice and the location was peaceful and handy, near the garden:)))

A good stay for a vacation.

Had relaxing stay for a vacation, the staff were affable, location was stunning next to the fitness center. Location: the hotel was close to beautiful grounds and London and areas away from the major public rooms. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Old Pool.

Appreciated our stay; the staff and location were great! Everything was really good, its lovely on-site restaurant was a bonus. Late check-out was useful.

We stayed here for weekend, everything was perfect and it was in the unbeatable and quiet location in beautiful surroundings. There was fabulous food, the staff was courteous. It was surely a really nice stay for a vacation.

Came here for weekend, had magical 2 days overall. We booked a standard queen room, nonetheless the views appeared to be awful. The location was peaceful, not too far away from Littleheath Woods.

We think that for Croydon it was attractive and competitive value for money. For breakfast hotel charges 15 GBP per person per day. The beds are spacious to sleep on. Moreover, it had free Wi Fi throughout the property...

Superior hotel, comfy beds, very clean rooms. South Croydon district definitely deserves your time and attention:)))

View from the room was fabulous. 35 minutes by car from the airport. South Croydon district was worth staying in.
