The location is great, nearby a bus stop, thoroughly enjoyed it. Forest Hill is a district that deserves exploring. There is a huge variety of reasonably priced food for breakfast: )

Fine base for an overnight stay in London. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Honestly no reason to complain...

Comforts of twin room were fabulous - a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave. Admired lovely views.

A microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators in my twin room were a very thoughtful addition. The location of this hotel close to Crystal Palace was marvellous.
