The personnel was incredibly helpful and very professional. This accommodation had a central setting close to the American embassy. Moreover, it was 4 km from Longford Pump.

The location was marvellous and fantastic - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. It was clean, We will choose it for sure next trip.

The hotel was located very close to great transport links and Vauxhall rail and metro stations. The bedroom was great value for money and nicely furnished. It had an excellent bathroom and a TV set, a kettle, and coffee/tea making facilities. The check-in was early and the staff was attentive. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. The location was decent and handy, in a "dodgy" area, convenient to go everywhere. Furthermore the venue was close to Liverpool Central Library.

Liked staying at the standard queen room with ' window'. This hotel was set in a central area short walk to tube and rail links, American Embassy and Victoria train line, and nearest tube station. Besides, it was 2 km away from Area.
