Perfect little and fairly clean place, fantastic friendly and gentle staff with good customer service. Lovely beds, perfect and wonderful location in the center of London. Also - very close to the Lancaster Gate tube, the park and location to tube station and two metro stations.

Its location to the restaurant we booked was excellent. We had a large bedroom.

This hotel was located in a very central area close to restaurant, the hyde park and Lancaster under ground station and Close to the train station. Plus, we stayed around 10-15 minutes walk from Gay Village.

The room was very well furnished and incredibly spacious with single beds, ideal for me. A storage, an iron, and a couch were appreciated. Brilliant very central location short walk to Close to the park, to Lancaster Gate central line's underground stop and Park and tube station. Plus, St George's Hall Liverpool was close to the hotel.

Booked the hotel for its amazing location just off the Lancaster Gate tube which is on the Central line, great for getting to Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road. I was there for 5 nights and ate at family restaurant for dinner.

I liked the room with aircon on. Free of charge and delicious breakfast, best ever had, with yogurts and smoked salmon, for example.

Buffet breakfasts with smoked salmon, France or turkey and which was good was large. There were a storage space, a telly, and an iron in the room, enjoyed that. The venue was in a very central location close to both paddington and lancaster gate tube stations as well as hyde park and queensway, and the hyde park and the underground. Also, this hotel was situated 3 km from tourist destination like Buckingham Palace.

It had unbeatable and brilliant location, very close to great eating spots around like the Mitre and The Swan and both the Lancaster Gate and Picadilly metro stations.

The rooms are large and high quality with a storage, a telly, and an iron. All in all they offer first-class service. The hotel has a stunning location compare to other option in the area, walking distance to a museum and a theatre. Don't forget to explore Westminster Borough district.

I had very nice 2-night stay here! The hotel was in a particularly good location next to a park and a forest. On top of that, pubs and canteens were next to the property.

Newly renovated and normal double rooms with a comfortable bed, the mini bar, a bath, had a very lovely experience. The breakfast offered was delicious and large with sausages, yogurts, wine, couldn't have asked for more. The location was wonderful, for example, Kensington Market was relatively close to the hotel. The location was excellent and our bed was comfortable. Perfect 4-star experience. The people there were really FRIENDLY. Rose garden restaurant is within walking distance of the hotel.
