Best Western Burns Hotel Kensington

Great location just next door to both the business district and tourist attractions as well as trains walkable distance, could not be better. Exceptionally comfortable bed, immaculately clean bathroom and a tea and coffee maker, a storage, and a safe box in the room.

It has exceedingly nice and always pleasant staff who gave us ice bucket and glasses for champagne. The breakfast includes lovely food, such as fresh bread, cereals, and fruit.

All the staff were exceedingly nice, welcoming. Booked a room with pleasant views over the gardens.

A bit small bathroom.

I had heated, compact room complete with the WiFi, a filthy toilet plus safety deposit box. Great and beautiful location, an underground station was nearby the hotel. Close to a main street and a palace that I wanted to see.

A new carpet and a storage space in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Efficient check in & the service was excellent.

The breakfast was fresh with swift tea & coffee, and the food was great. The hotel has magnificent location next to restaurants and cafes, and a tube station on the line to Heathrow. Also, Courtfield Gardens West was set nearby.

The room was well-maintained and newly remodelled with a double bed, greatly enjoyed it.

Close to a main street and a palace, the location is great and lovely. It is located close to restaurants and eateries.

Ideal place, clean, reasonable value. Marvellous location in London, very close to Earls Court tube station and Blackbird pub and tube and shops. The rooms with comfy bed, many channels plus these services, very welcoming and always pleasant staff who gave us ice bucket and glasses for champagne.

The location of the hotel is marvellous and lovely, on a square which was quiet in spite of being so close to the main road and nearby an underground station. Kensington is a district that deserves exploring. The room is reasonably priced. The continental breakfast is sensational with lots of meals.

There were extremely comfy beds and tea/coffee making equipment and a storage space inside the room. The view of the park from the window was nice, really enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was incredible, close to the centre of London.

Had excellent stay during the visit and the weather was pleasant. The breakfast was perfectly fine and lovely with swift tea & coffee. The venue was in a very central location close enough to a supermarket, pubs, cafes and restaurants in Earls Court and The Science Museum and The Victoria and Albert Museum.

The food is fab, liked continental breakfast. The rooms are high standard with a decent size bathrooms and have an English interior. The setting is excellent and perfect, close enough to Science museums also very close to a tube station, cafes and M & S foodhall and Gatwick airport, nice quiet area.

The location was fantastic and unbeatable, short walk to food market, the V & A, Natural History and Science museums, and Earls Court and Glouster Road. Plus, it was near Courtfield Gardens West. My room was newly remodelled and top-class, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Well, it was a QUITE COMFORTABLE stay for the weekend.

Our rooms were neat and airy with a fan, a bathroom, for instance. Our hotel was in a magnificent and handy location very near to local shops.

Cheese, boiled eggs, fruit, cereal and fresh bread served for breakfast were healthy. The room was bright & compact with the garden. The hotel was in an incredible and peaceful location, in a beautiful exclusive neighborhood. Besides, a Hyde park was 4 km away from the venue.

Superior hotel, excellent location. We really loved a heating system and ironing facilities. In the evening we visited Theo's Simple Italian, set a couple of blocks away the venue.

Convenient locaiton, 10 minute walk from bars and very close to Earls Court tube station

the bed was nice, best sleep ever. to get to royal albert hall you'll need to walk 15 minutes. just a 20-minute walk to west brompton train station.
