We were upgraded to huge queen room with sofa. The cost was £ 166. The location on absolutely everything was excellent. Kensington district was worth staying in.

The rooms are tidy and absolutely stunning with a sofa, a chocolate cake plus bath.

Extremely helpful staff and the location was peaceful and absolutely perfect. I greatly enjoyed the breakfast experience, the hotel served savoury food.

Unfortunately, there was no bar.

The room was well-equipped and well-appointed and it had a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV. The food was lovely, with a wide array of options.

No complains at all, overall it’s wonderful relaxing place with absolutely excellant staff at the reception desk.

The room was gorgeous, and we had a lovely view of street. Had central location away from the public transport. Further, it was near several shops, Close to the tube, and The Royal Albert Hall.

The breakfast was full of well presented meals such as eggs, meats, and scones. They offered fabulous and stunning rooms with grand decor, bath and shower, for example. It had central location close to a 1st ever fully licensed distillery.

Very good sized room and large bathroom with a shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. Coffee and scones in the bar. Excellent location in Kensington district close enough to clubs and restaurants and South Kensington/Gloucester Road.

The room was nicely decorated and well-appointed with sofa, the bed was nice. The location was excellent and unbeatable - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

We had wheelchair accessible room with balloons as well as wine, which was important.

We liked that they offered eggs, meats, and scones, but we didn't have time and didn't try all of it. It was in a central location, close to Kensington museums.

The stay here was relaxing for visit again. Had lots of options for breakfast, it was freshly cooked. The staff were exceptional and incredibly nice and the location was stunning on absolutely everything.

Liked this simply stunning accommodation with incredibly attentive and efficient staff at the reception desk. The property's location was excellent and unbeatable, so near the Tube. Besides, we were close enough to Kensington high st.

There where neat and nice styled rooms with grand decor. The location was marvellous and incredible, for example, Victoria and Albert Museum was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Luxurious and gorgeous units with fab bed. Quick check-in, great location near to here was something that was n't homely like hotels such as The Milestone, The Royal Albert Hall and the airport.

Clean accommodation, very efficient and extremely helpful stuff with Tiago and Kumar at the reception desk. Tastefully decorated room and neat with sofa. All in all exceptionally nice setting close to the Natural History Museum as well as the V&A museum, restaurants and cafes and Hyde Park, the Gloucester tube station, and harrods / shopping areas. Also, close to everything. A well-maintained and very peaceful hotel, my first choice in London.

Coffee and scones were served for breakfast in the bar. The setting was excellent, not far from Resturant, South Kensington / Gloucester Road tube stations and the Natural History Museum.

The bed was very uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

I came here for 1 night and had a perfect 10/10 stay. The hotel was attractive, had lovely views and amazing location short walk to museums and royal Albert Hall amongst other big names, and Resturant. The deluxe king room was tastefully decorated, included a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a jacuzzi. Fantastic service was provided. Plus their wifi was free.

Fine trendy boutique hotel for shopping. Central location next to nearest tube station, The Royal Albert Hall, and The Bentley, spotless and brilliant rooms. Nearby Humphrey's Bar - great place to chill out.

came here for shopping, recommendable. we had a very enjoyable time in this small hotel in london. the breakfast had plenty of food and it was fresh. the location was marvellous for traveling around london, just off london, restaurants.

The location is unbeatable, 3 km from Jo Loves Perfume Store. It provides nice restaurant nearby. Rooms are huge and impressive with sofa, wine plus the bedroom, food is brilliant!

The hotel is situated in the central location in a superb area. The staff is WELCOMING and the breakfast is fresh made. They have wheelchair accessible rooms with awesome bathroom and wine plus very comfy bed and care about everyone.

The food in the bar was savoury. The staff helped with taxi. The location of the hotel was incredible - within walking distance of a scientifically spellbinding museum.

We requested help with taxi and they were right there. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was fab.

The nearby restaurant, Bugis Street Brasserie, was as close as 700 feet from the hotel. All staff was helpful to make our stay amazing;))
