Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was full cooked and hearty. The location was great and fab because it was short walk to tube station. The food was nice, had lots of options.

It had pretty firm beds, maybe it was bad luck.

I had standard single room that also was complete with TV, the bath, as for instance. The location in a lovely area was marvellous and there were chemist's and a grocery shop nearby. Set very close to restaurants and pubs, it was a plus.

Truly enjoyed their friendly service. The deluxe room was neat, updated, with a good size bathroom. The full cooked breakfast was hearty, included reasonably priced dishes. This pleasant hotel was in very central location to all the central tourist attractions.

The service here was excellent. The bedroom was functional and bright. The hotel was set in a very central area close to about a fifteen minute walk up to Kings Cross, and the tube.

The breakfasts were solid and good with croissants and toast, as for instance and all the staff was wonderful. The venue was in a very central location not far from many parks, interesting sites, shopping & restaurants, and lovely Bloomsbury. Again, the hotel was minutes walk to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The water pressure was not great and caused inconvenience.

The location was marvellous and fab, in front of the whole restaurant. Plus, it was near Bloomsbury and Big Ben or Waterloo/London Eye.

It had all needed for celebrating birthday in London. Good breakfasts with toast and croissants, as example, everyone could try something new. All of the staff was wonderful and lovely. The location was super - ease of access to Russell Square.

This popular, fairly clean property has full cooked full cooked breakfasts and courteous staff. The deluxe room is functional and bright. They offer a safe box, central heating and an iron. It has marvellous and lovely location to see a famous museum. The bets part that it's adjacent to the Russell Square tube, and two tube stations and buses outside the door.

The room we had was welcoming and cosy and complete with a renovated bathroom very clean, comfy beds plus the bath.
