The place was excellent little for a short stay. Soundproof rooms with 2 single beds and excellent service. Outstanding food and hot drinks. Easy, marvellous location in the really quiet area.

The staff was welcoming and pleasant, the breakfast offered was satisfactory with a wide array of food.

The rooms were functional and charming little, were equipped with the TV, a single bed, as for instance. All of the staff was very pleasant and excellent. The excellent location was close to Holland & Barrett Pimlico.

The private parking was onsite, very good service. The food was outstanding and the staff was super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating. Its location was good and perfect, close enough to tube station.

Magnificent location to an event in London, appreciated it. The staff was accommodating and very pleasant as we expected. We had a tiny bedroom.

500 m from Edgware Road station. Neat & soundproof rooms with nice bathtub and a shower plus bathroom. Good breakfast with fried eggs swimming in fat and toast and powdered scrambled egg, marvellous location.

I truly enjoyed the good location likely to be due to smoking previously in the establishment. What's more, it was next to the major shopping areas, and an excellent shopping centre including a Sainsbury's and a Morrisons.

Offers excellent location in a really quiet area. The room is great-sized, comes with coffee making facilities, shower and the bathroom TV.

Views are awful.

Perfect and easy location to the queen Elizabeth stadium, easy to get anywhere. And just next door to central London for three days, the centre near Stratford station with excellent links and shops in Stratford.

The airport was 10 km away. The guest room was charming little and functional with a bed.

The breakfast was good with beans and powdered scrambled egg and toast and good value as opposed to other options.

The weather was lovely, had fine stay for somewhere else for next visit. The location turned out to be perfect and easy, near Stratford railway station and London for the marathon. The English bar was refurbished and the drinks were hot.

The place is fantastic little and tidy. As for me, the location is excellent and absolutely perfect, to a bus station or an underground station. And it's nestled in a really nice building so close to Westfield & travel links, the Olympic Park and the downstairs pub.

The location was excellent and easy, to Stratfford Underground station. Everything was perfect, even so a few employees were slightly disorganised.

It was modest, silent and with a bed. I greatly enjoyed that this hotel offered wake-up service. All the employees were enthusiastic and courteous.

Fairly clean cheerful accommodation with excellent location to a convenience store that is open late and accommodating staff. Early check-in, late check-out. Downstairs bar in the hotel.

It was good value. The property was fairly clean and staff was polite and welcoming. The location in a really quiet area was great and perfect and there were a convenience shop and convenience stores nearby. Just a 20-minute walk away there was Stratford tube station.

The double room I was given was complete with the bathroom, water leaked stank of cigarettes, for instance. The price was £ 57. The location was central, not far from London, the pub, and taxis. Went to Goldengrove for drink or two, set within walking distance of the hotel.

Well, there was no breakfast.

Its interesting place for sightseeing and exploring London. The units are cheap, cool.

Location: the hotel was close enough to London and the train station. Soup reastaurant Quiznos was 500 metres away from the place. Triple room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. Pleased it had a bathtub.

All in all it was good value, considering prices in London. The rooms were modest and the service excellent. Had central location in a very nice area. Moreover, it's next to including children as well as Bay Tree pub.

Came in London to relax and have fun, this low cost hotel was incredible base for doing it. The staff were brilliant, accommodating, did all they can for a relaxing stay.

The venue was in a central location not far from pub. It was within walking distance of Upper Crust, serving fast food.

The venue's position was central. The staff were pleasant and accommodating and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

The location was unbeatable, for example, Bond Street was within walking distance of the hotel.

The staff were kind of rude, didn't expect that coming.

Its location not too far away from Discover Children's Story Centre was marvellous. The staff were pleasant during 2 nights we stayed there.

The room is very clean and the stuff are helpful. The hotel was not far from shopping centres and the shops. Its at walking distance from stratford metro station, liked that, easily travelled around the city.

We enjoyed our time here. All aspects of the hotel were very good, especially staff and service. A kitchen was included...

We really enjoyed baytree. All in all, great value for money. Extremely comfortable bed. Nice base for holiday in London
