The room was stocked, reasonably large, and the staff was excellent. City view was great.

Lovely little accommodation with incredible setting very close to the restaurant, train station, and Stoke Newington. The very attentive and excellent staff all round. Superb bar area.

The room was both fully functional and tastefully decorated with great facilities and filtered water.

We were given themed, tastefully decorated room with a terrace.

It's a wonderful place with incredibly welcoming staff and new-fashioned rooms. The nice restaurant is a nice plus. We would stay here again, nothing too much trouble, thoroughly enjoyed this hotel.

The hotel has an excellent and absolutely perfect location, right at Dalston Eastern Curve Garden. The units are themed, beautifully decorated with a terrace, even space to walk around the bed plus hanging up clothes etc. The staff are super-friendly and affable and deserve a 3-star rating.

It is a nice place to stay for one night. The location is great in the London area we think. And it's nestled in a nice building just off train station and plenty of buses, the center of Dalston / Hackney, and the theatre.

A convenient location, we will come back. The venue is quirky and nicely decorated with very amiable stuff.

The room we booked was compact and had exceptionally comfortable bed. All staff were very pleasant and gave some tips about London. Truly enjoyed to be near to a bus stop.

Really enjoyed new-fashioned and functional king room for hanging up clothes etc, wouldn't mind staying there all day. It was in a great location close to the City and Canary Wharf, bus stops and the train stations, good for one night.

The rooms are themed and nicely decorated, provided with with tea/coffee and wall-mounted TV plus lovely comfortable mattress. The hotel has a perfect location, close to Underground.

Place was spotless and lovely little. The location was convenient - minute walk from cafés and restaurants. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with Indian dishes.

The studio suite was nicely decorated, very clean bed. The food was amazing, with a wide range of options. Perfect location adjacent to interesting bars, cafes and attractive walks, the Indian restaurant below too, and Near to bus stops, cafés and restaurants were minute walk from the hotel.

We spent 1 night in functional king room with great facilities. We really enjoyed an iron, an electronic key card, and a TV set.

Loved the way my studio suite was arranged with the sink ect, filtered water, for instance. The location was ideal for walking around Dalston.

Lovely little hotel in a residential area, the staff were extremely helpful. The location was comfortable for visiting cafés and restaurants minute walk from the property. Besides, F-Art was 1 km away from the property. Exceptional services were available. Food was savoury and I have nothing but pleasant memories from this trip.

Marvellous and quiet location for visiting London, it's close enough to many nice pubs, and Dalston / Hackney.

Location - excellent and unbeatable short walk to a local festival, tower bridge and bars and excellent music venues. Superbly friendly staff onsite. Nicely decorated and themed units for hanging up clothes etc.

It's an unusual lovely family run hotel with really helpful staff members.

The venue was set in the central position not far from London, and an Indian Restaurant. Hackney district was worth exploring.

We had a good time in this lovely family run hotel in London. The rooms were neat and themed with great facilities, a kettle plus sofa.

The breakfast had a huge variety of excellent food and drinks. All the staff were very pleasant giving some tips about the city.

We had double room with very nice ensuite bathroom. The location was magnificent, at a walking distance from Tesco Express. We had an excellent stay here and would stay here again.

A bathroom is equipped with a bath. The location is incredible, not too far from a wildflower meadow. It is set away from the busy streets.

All in all a really really nice stay, the venue met requests. The views at this trendy boutique hotel were lovely. The venue had a central position close enough to the Indian restaurant where the toilets are, London and the train stations. Also, F-Art was easily accessible, set only 1 km away. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was delightful. I enjoyed those guys, providing great service. All the facilities were good.

It was easy to get to brick lane and dalston was also so close to this place. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like allpress roastery cafe that was only 10 minutes' walk away;)))
