The most important was the staff - very amiable and professional people. We asked for single room and it was new-fashioned with ac.

Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

Fairly clean, budget hotel. Spotless and modern units with ac. Unbeatable, magnificent location not far from London after a long trip around Europe, and the super well-connected Paddington station and many nearby restaurants.

We enjoyed being here. We had a great experience in this lovely and absolutely great hotel. The bedroom was spotless and compact. The venue was in a central setting close to train station.

Had a quite comfortable stay for a business trip. Bright double room was new-fashioned. The bathroom we had included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets and a bath.

Had a nice size and compact guest room with extra beds crammed in and wake-up service was available in it.

My family and I liked being there. I asked for family room and it was functional with ac. The staffs were caring & very very helpful.

I did not want to leave there and would like to come again. Stayed here for 4 days, truly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with excellent and ideal location to London public transport.

For me it was a lovely and great place to visit. The staff was very, very nice, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location was great, not too far from a Hyde park. The hotel met requirements, I would go back in flash.

Quiet and little accommodation with marvellous setting just off Paddington Train station and several underground lines, Hyde Park and numerous tube and bus lines and the trains, restaurants and high street shopping. Caring staff, free wake up service and ironing.

Again, walking distance to Norfolk Square Gardens. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus an individual safe, central heating, and an ironing set.

Location: the hotel was near to shops and halal food restaurants, Kensington palace & Hyde park and the railway station. There was Fountains Abbey Paddington, located nearby, where we relaxed.

The hotel has ideal and exceptionally nice location very close to London after a long trip around Europe, a gross below ground alley and the railway station and a lot of restaurants nearby. I booked a nice size room with extra beds crammed in.

The venue was set in the central position not far from restaurants as well as the city center. The double room was bright, had an individual safe, central heating, and an ironing set.

The location was unbeatable and incredible for me, in a great area. Found Fountains Abbey Paddington with perfect drinks 400 metres away.

Comforts of a nice size and compact guest room with ac were fabulous.

I had family room that also was complete with four beds as well as AC. I liked nice restaurant. All the staff was pleasant and polite, tackled my issues.

My room was spotless with extra beds crammed in, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The staff was superfriendly plus the location was marvellous and excellent.

Single room included a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and satellite TV. The hotel had a central position just off shops, Paddington Station and subway lines: )

The hotel was quiet, we would recommend. The place was clean and we loved double room. It had central location close to Maria. Moreover, it's next to tourist attractions and cafes, tube and bus and London public transport.
