The food was fine and there were variety of dishes in the menu. The staff were hard-working, competent.

The bed was small here.

Regret that we didn't have time and missed a continental breakfast. The venue was set in the very central position really close to Paddington tube station, an attraction, and the main landmarks.

Nice little hotel - fantastic base for one night. Free parking onsite provided. Overall marvellous location near Coffee shops and the central London by subway. 15 minutes walk from Ladybower Reservoir. Decent and nice food for breakfast.

The bedroom was compact and newly remodelled. A bathtub was good-sized and everything was perfect. The service was excellent, the food was good. Moreover, we parked on site. Central location short walk to Close to all major attractions and Paddington and Hyde park, it was in a safe area.

The hotel is modest with good prices and an attentive and best staff. Excellent, fantastic location in the secure area.

Quiet little place if you stay for one night. The location is very central, right by Paddington Station, pubs and restaurants, and central London and Hyde Park. Its worth staying here and exploring Westminster Borough district.

It was based in nice building in a perfect and exceptionally nice location, very near to the station. And we were adjacent to the main landmarks of London and London during an unusually hot month.

It was a lovely small and modest hotel, nesteled in a classic building. The venue's position was particularly good and unbeatable, close to the underground.

The rooms are reasonably large with a large bathroom, and the location is handy central to all amenities in a very safe area.

The location was excellent and handy in a secure area, not far from the main tourist attraction, Paddington train/underground station and Hyde park, and main railway line, tube stations and Hyde Park. The room was both recently renovated and decent sized with a large bathroom, we loved it.

The stay was really good. Everything there was fine and the staff were extraordinary service-minded and professional. Exceptional service, even though a few employees were disgusting.

Absolutely perfect location - within short walking distance of everywhere we needed. And the area was secure, near The Palace and museums, and Paddington. The room we booked was a nice size and recently refurbished and there was a good-sized bathroom. The cost was £ 32.

Awful staff!

We got room with fantastic decor and a great-sized bathroom to relax. The bed was comfortable, the staff were delightfully helpful. The setting was good, very close to Paddington Station, restaurants, souvenir stores and Coffee shops, and central london, right next to tube.

I visited London for one night and had a quite comfortable experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely spacious and bright and the bathrooms were clean.

It has to offer a good breakfast with bacon and toast and more coffee after 9.

It was clean and the staff were excellent, beds were very comfy. They provide an English breakfast with a great selection of options. The venue was in a very central location near the underground, Kensington Gardens to walk through, and the main landmarks. I truly enjoyed this hotel.

We had a really good 2 nights stay. The location was magnificent and perfect, short walk to center of London and bars on the door step, in a safe area. Westminster Borough district was definitely worth visiting.

Magnificent and absolutely perfect location far away from the main landmarks of London, good facilities. Also - not far from train station, bus stop and underground station, Kensington Gardens and Winter Wonderland and the London Lights. A nice size room with toiletries, tea/ coffee and a bathroom as advertised. Variety of good food for meals.

You guys made my stay really lovely. All in all, it was cosy base for travelling to London. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent, providing a friendly service. I had an English breakfast, the food was decent.

You could walk to a market and souvenir shops.

The service was exceptional with parking on site. By the way, I paid extra gbp 15 per day to park the car. That hotel was in a top and strategic location, on a slope.

The hotel had perfect and nice location adjacent to Paddington Station and Hyde Park, Heathrow airport and the circle line into the centre of London, and Paddington Tube. The hotel was located just next door to Paddington Tube, and bus stop. My room was huge and light, with an electric kettle, central heating and an iron. Its location was central, 400 metres from Paddington.

The hotel had a very central setting to Marble Arch. Besides, it was next to which is a nice walk to trafalgar square, tube and London.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, multi-channel TV, and a study table in the room. Great stay, and 5 minutes' stroll from the metro.
