The location is good, near to the tube station. Besides, it is 15 minutes walk away from a world-famous museum.

Overall it was well-appointed and perfectly clean with large windows. The location was excellent and the staff was amicable and knowledgeable during the whole stay! Had tea and goodies at Brownie Box, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

My bright and new-fashioned room came with large windows, a bath and kitchen. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. The location was unbeatable, next to a museum and a college.

Overall had really great stay during my visit in London. The amiable and excellent co-operating staff assisted with luggage. The location was excellent and incredible - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Was a perfect place for trip.

The location was amazing and fantastic, very close to 3 supermarkets, a KFC, a Burger King, a Starbucks, an internet cafe, bus stop and tube station with 3 lines, Gloucester Road tube station, and big grocery stores, in a fairly quiet area. I booked modern and amazing room with in a great location, 2 good bathrooms, for instance.

We were moved to a deluxe apartment and had a microwave oven, climate control, and an iron. Own bathroom was brilliant. The location was top and quiet and easy to travel to a museum and a college next to the hotel.

The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a secure area, so close to Heathrow airport and the major tourist sites, restaurants and the underground, and 3 supermarkets, a KFC, a Burger King, a Starbucks, an internet cafe, bus stop and tube station with 3 lines. We were in a comfortable location relatively close to a world-famous museum.

This hotel was useful base for exploring London, loved it. The staff were all helpful, affable. The food was local with variety of alternatives.

This hotel was located in a central area just next door to supermarkets close by as well as V & A Museum. The food was fab - I truly enjoyed it. The staff were very courteous and excellent.

The unit we got was well-appointed and reasonably large with 2 good bathrooms, gorgeous space plus the master bedroom...

The bed was too soft, unfortunately.

Liked the place, had a LOVELY stay during my visit in London. The location was comfortable and perfect, worth to mention that there were plenty of good restaurants around with easy access to a supermarket and shops.

Stayed for 3 days and didn't feel like leaving, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Everything was perfectly fine, the wifi was free. I had deluxe apartment with an own bathroom. There was a metro station in the vicinity. An own kitchen was a big plus. Bellavista, which can be found only 1000 ft away, was a fast option...

Here we stayed near to some popular places such as hyde park. Very close to Gloucester Road train station, something around 5 minutes on foot.
