The room I booked was n't cleaned just the toilet and available with decent facilities.

Wonderful property, has pleasant and welcoming staff on reception desk.

We had a very good time. Everything was fine, including genuinely professional staff. Peaceful location by Archway tube stop was a plus. Found time to see Liverpool Castle, that's just a short stroll away from the property. Very good service, even though a few employees were unprofessional.

Brilliant property, has amazing and outstanding staff on our request. Location - brilliant, just off nearby shops as well as tube station on Northern Line. Besides, excellent for visiting The Cavern Club.

The place is exceptionally clean and luxury. It offers great-sized rooms with fridge, spent our time really good.

The staff was pleasant, good service. This accommodation had a central setting good close to the underground. And we were not far from leafy Hampstead Heath, the tube station and amenities and London Bridge, Trafalgar Square and Buckingham palace on buses.

The location was quiet, close to a garden and a park. Besides, the hotel was 1 km away from The Bluecoat.

As for me, the area was very uncomfortable.

Had tastefully decorated room with great modern space and wake-up service was available in it. The location to a church and a chapel was magnificent and perfect for everything I could possibly need.

The location was great, so close to bus stop, Very close to public transport and anywhere in London, in a secure area. Also, an urban nature reserve was 4 km away from the hotel.

The hotel had a central position very close to cafes and restaurants and a Sainsburys, SO Arch Aparthotel, and the underground and coffee shop. I was met by top-class and knowledgeable staff at the reception.

Got studio suite with the bedroom, fridge and television as expected. A walk-in shower and a heated floor were very handy.

The hotel offers unbeatable location not far from Archaw subway station, many blocks shops and local shops/pubs/restaurants. The room is well-appointed and with a storage, a sofa bed, and a kettle.

Everything is outstanding here, had an excellent stay for a visit to the Emirates stadium. All the rooms are spotless and compact in the upper bedroom and the staff are welcoming. The hotel has great and handy location near to Archway underground station. The bets part that it's right by buses, underground and overground trains, SO Arch at Pemberton Gardens and Kentish Town.

They gave me nicely decorated and top-class room with fridge. Everywhere there was perfectly clean, the staff were extremely helpful people on reception desk. It was in the central location close to tube stations.

The decor of the fully-equipped room was modern and it was tastefully decorated too. Very efficient team on our request. The setting was decent, right by a church with a chiming clock-take ear-plugs, cafes and restaurants, and a supermarket and lots of other restaurant and takeaway.

My room was great value for money, had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The bed was very clean, I slept like a baby.

Sincerely, it was a very good stay for a business trip. Truly enjoyed the well-equipped room in good condition. Having a walk-in shower and underfloor heating was a bonus.

The total stay was great for a business trip. The staff were pleasant and efficient too. Location: the hotel was near to food places, tube and London. Soup reastaurant The Battenberg Badger located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

we had 1 night in london, spend our time here comfortably. we liked our apartment with high-quality furniture. plus, free parking was available. the hotel itself was in a great area. btw, we went to see the lake, it was 20 minutes walk from the venue.
