The location was great and magnificent - walk from eateries and pubs. Easy walk to Holland & Barrett Pimlico. Connected to a subway station walk from the hotel.

Nothing too much trouble, the hotel met expectations. Stayed here for 7 nights and loved my choice. Affable staff and the location was perfect. Pimlico tube station was 5 min away. The bedroom was fairly quiet and good looking. The bathroom was brilliant with a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels.

Genuinely helpful team, they made me feel welcome. Studio suite was with a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a multi-channel TV. The bed was comfy and I had an open bathroom.

The staffs were very friendly and responsive and the service was good.

Some of the staff were not very friendly.

Everything was simply great. Came here for 6 night stay, had an excellent experience. Marvellous and excellent location for visiting eateries and pubs walk from the hotel. A tube station was walk from the place. The service was helpful with parking nearby.

The location was unbeatable, not too far from Royal Albert Hall. The staff were responsive, it was a bonus.

Everything is perfect, appreciated my time here. The units were nice looking with high ceiling. The location is fantastic very close to Earl's Court underground.

Lovely looking and big size room and fine bathroom with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. Great and magnificent setting, walk from eateries and pubs. Great weekend in this secure area.

Not very friendly staff!

No reason to complain, the venue met expectations. The staff were affable and responsive and assisted us greatly. Close to a tube station, the location was perfect and wonderful, near to Earls Court tube.

All the staff were amiable, the room was well-appointed. The hotel was situated in the very central location by everything what they have provided.

Was a great base for weekend. I had convenient, well-appointed room with an electric kettle, a microwave, and an air conditioning. There was a bath, a plus for me.

The location was magnificent, to the nearest tube station, and the bed great. Plus, it was near South Kensington, central london within minutes and the store.

We have booked king studio with great facilities. The staff was genuinely helpful, they provided a good service. We loved the breakfast.

Excellent location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. You could walk to shops and a market.

Everything was nice, though we stayed for 6 nights only. The location was quiet - close enough to the tube station and shops, London and the store. And it's within walking distance of Siam Garden, ate there once or twice.

Enjoyed our stay in this place. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, though everything was perfect. Overall it was cosy with a beautiful television. They had an early check-in.

Staff was FRIENDLY and the little extra touches like a heating system, ironing facilities and a work desk in the room was a treat. In fact, the free Wi-Fi was a cherry on top. Earl's Court tube station was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.
