The room was not only immaculate, but wonderful too, and had iron and ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment, and television. The airport was 20 km away;))

They upgraded me to a well-designed and spotless room with a fantastic view. All of the staff were very amiable.

Room was exceptionally clean and available with toiletries, the balcony, including towels. Coffee & tea makers, an oven and a stovetop were a huge plus.

It has absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location in London so close to a supermarket, downtown London activities and all the areas of interest Staff were friendly and helpful.

thank you very much for a very nice stay, we would stay here again. the rooms are beautifully designed and big and the staff is really helpful. the location is great and stunning - in the heart of the city.
