Location: the hotel was very close to Harrods, shops, restaurants, banks and public transport system, and banks. Overall it was fine with ac.

The room was really hot, made me a little nervous.

The location turned out to be incredible and absolutely perfect, just off Natiral History museum, the Kensington Station and the Kensington Gardens, and shops, restaurants, banks and public transport system. It also was in the middle of the city.

The bed of mine was old.

my 2 nights in london were good. stayed in a good and fine room with ac. there were a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator upon arrival. all of the stuff was helpful and attentive to guests. set close to a tube station, it was great for travelling.

Came here for short stay, recommendable. It was an interesting place for our NICE stay. Greatly enjoyed to spend 3 days in our great apartment with the shower, ac, for instance. The location was incredible and good, not far from South Kensington tube stations, the Kensington Gardens, and public transport system.
