Fabulous meals. Great location - a short walk to restaurants and pubs.

I appreciated 2 nights there. It was perfectly clean, staff was amiable. The venue was set in the central position short walk to Richmond bridge and exceptional restaurants.

The bedroom was good value for money and functional. The location was unbeatable and efficient - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. It was located in a fantastic area.

A marvellous location a short walk to restaurants and pubs. A wide range of options, fab food.

Dust in the room.

The location was perfectly comfortable and beds were comfortable. Easy to get to a bus stop, as it was nearby the venue.

Quiet little place for one night. Friendly stuff, stunning location to Richmond park. Based not far from Richmond hill as well as the centre of Richmond.

My new-fashioned and compact room came with cutlery, a mini kitchen, for example. Everything was brand-new.

Central location so close to exceptional restaurants, pharmacy, book stores, clothes shops, coffee shops, NOX Richmond for a brief solo trip and shops, it was in an adequate area. There was cafe Cafe Modern Two, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Convenient location close enough to the river and main shops/restaurants, and shops. Also, close to Richmond park.

Loved Richmond, the hotel was modern in between 2 clubs. The functional room was brand-new and the bathroom was immaculately clean. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges were a big plus. It was a great and fantastic location next to main shops/restaurants and Richmond Hill/Park and Terrace gardens. Richmond Town district was worth visiting.

That hotel was in a marvellous and magnificent location, by the river. Further, it was just next door to Richmond Hill/Park and Terrace gardens, the city centre and a club that stayed open past 01:00.

There were comfortable beds and a private safe, central heating, and an iron inside the room. The hotel had a perfect location a short way from Duke Street Church.

New building, great and particularly good location just next door to exceptional restaurants, pharmacy, book stores, clothes shops, coffee shops. Neat unit with a fridge and a microwave oven.

My room included a microwave oven, an air conditioning, and an individual safe. This absolutely great hotel had a central setting very close to the River.

The rooms were functional and brand-new with smoke detectors for our safety. Had great and stunning location near the river, close to Museum of Richmond.

Unfortunately, there was no elevator.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, adjacent to the city centre, the train station and the river and main shops/restaurants. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Richmond Town district. We all loved compact and good value for money room with toaster, cooking utensils, for example.

The rooms with great facilities, cooking utensils, for instance. Helpful, excellent people working here.

Beds were too high.

The rooms were soundproof and well-equipped, had smoke detectors for safety.

The setting is perfect and incredibly comfortable, very close to Heathrow and London as well as Richmond Hill/Park and Terrace gardens.

A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Incredible and pleasant staff interactions. Marvellous and good location, close to the river. Again, walking distance to Heron Square.

No elevator at all.

Overall clean and the staff was excellent. Liked the double room I was given, it had a microwave oven, air conditioning, and an individual safe. The location of the hotel was efficient, in between 2 clubs. Cafe Hummingbird Bakery located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Marvellous location near the river in an adequate area. Well-equipped and compact room and a microwave oven, a private safe and climate control inside.

The location was stunning and good, next to NOX Richmond, exceptional restaurants, pharmacy, book stores, clothes shops, coffee shops and bars and restaurants. The staff were all helpful, outstandingly accommodating.

All of the staff was pleasant and incredible. The location was great, with Adesso Sicilia nearby, where we could eat.

Definitely, there was lift missing, we were a little disappointed.

Our stay there was great! This place was lovely in general with an amicable stuff team. Its location relatively close to Richmond Riverside was comfortable. There was a river and a park close to the place. The food was great, had plenty of options.

The unit we got was soundproof with cooking utensils, toaster, as example. The airport was 20 km away.

It was in a great and fantastic location right by exceptional restaurants, pharmacy, book stores, clothes shops, coffee shops, centre of Richmond and Heathrow. It also was near the river.

The location is incredible and stunning, close to Richmond park. Their rooms are always tidy and brand-new with a mini kitchen, cooking utensils and toaster...

As we remember, there was no lift.
