I booked contemporary, freshly decorated room with a kitchen, TV, a single bed. The stuff was really courteous and thoughtful, very good service. Central location was a plus.

It is clean and spacious hotel, the staff are helpful and location close to two tube lines is excellent and perfect. The breakfast is savoury, with a pancake machine, excellent coffee, marmalade.

The location was marvellous as it was close to restaurants and eateries. There were climate control, Netflix, and an iron in the room, loved that.

The room was good sized and nicely furnished, it had excellent air conditioning, an iron, and WiFi. The staff was very amiable and the views were gorgeous.

Again, not far from a publicly owned art museum. Well laid out and air conditioned room with comfortable beds. Reasonably spacious functional bathroom.

Stayed for 7 nights and was impressed by this great budget hotel. The breakfast was varied with London's rates and including a pancake machine and cheeses, the location was magnificent and perfect. There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was very good. Didn't need to pay for 24-hour housekeeping service and ironing, good bonus too.

The room was compact & spotless, came with nine electric sockets as well as big bathroom. The staff were all nice and the breakfast was savoury and tasty with marmalade and cheeses, for example.

Our rooms where reasonably large and freshly decorated with bedroom and bottled water plus a double bed. Thoughtful stuff suggested restaurants. Good and fab location - easy walk to everywhere we needed. It was not very far from Amorino Queensway, serving fast food.

The hotel was silent, and clean, and the location was marvellous to Bayswater underground. The service was decent, I was offered a tasty breakfast with a pancake machine, freshly baked bread and fruits. The exceptional staff provided me an excellent 1 night stay.

Nothing too much trouble, appreciated my stay at this hotel and would like to come again. I lovely spend 1 night in London. The location was awesome, close to Queensway Tube. Plus it was close to bars and pubs. The staff were exceptional, and the room was air-conditioned on the bathroom door-. The service was great. oxford street was located in the neighborhood of the hotel. choosing for lunch santorini restaurant, which is situated 1000 feet away was a good idea.
