Both rooms we booked were exceptionally clean and huge with TV and the sofa bed plus full bathrooms, the stay was very comfortable.

The location was great and incredible, nearby a tube station, if you need it.

Our single room was good sized and spotless. We had an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and a personal safe plus a fairly clean bathroom. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, specially it was close to an underground station which was useful.

Convenient location, it was next to bars, restaurants mini grocery stores close by and services within easy walking distance, underground and shops ie M & S, Boots, and restaurants, bars and the expected supermarkets and service stores.

The hotel was excellant, with excellent location easy to walk to the tube. Good service at all times. Quick check-in.

All the staff was outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly, settled my issues.

Booked a double room with a safe box, a sofa bed, and central heating. Really enjoyed a bath in my separate bathroom. It was adjacent to supermarkets, the Earl's Court tube stop and restaurants, bars and the expected supermarkets and service stores, great and lovely location overall.

The location in the heart of London was incredible. The staff was customer-facing, caring all the time.

Everything is good, we enjoyed this hotel. The employees are exceptional and amazingly nice. It boasts amazing, incredible location short walk to the tube and nearby shops, the local underground train station and bars, restaurants and services.

I was happy with hotel's marvellous location close to an underground tube station. The rooms were bright and comfy, with a bath.

It was in a very central location, close to public transport. Further, it was near to the tube and an M & S, tube station, supermarket/shops and pubs and a mansion / palace. Perfectly clean room which had fluffy towels. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and an oven were a huge plus.

Generally everything was very good. We stayed in the single room equipped with a full kitchen and laundry. A microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges where nice.

Location: the hotel was next to pubs, restaurants and super markets and multiple underground stations with easy access to places to eat or do a grocery shop. It was surely a wonderful stay for one night.

Spent 2 nights here with my family members, had a very comfortable stay overall. All the employees were outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly. The location was good, and I could reach Earls Court Exhibition Center by walking. Plus the hotel was close to restaurants and a stadium.

Had comfortable stay for more than one night with absolutely kind staff and incredible location to the local underground train station-Earl's Court. Location: the hotel was just off restaurants, bars and the expected supermarkets and service stores, 100 m of Earls court station, pubs, two supermarkets and a pharmacy, and public transport, restaurants, and grocery shopping.

We recommend, suitable for family. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like theo's simple italian, set within 10 minutes walk or so. It was nice to have a heating system, ironing facilities and a couch bed in the room...
