Great and incredible location with parking on site.

I have stayed in apartment with great facilities, kattle, for example for 10 nights.

It was in a magnificent location near business district.

The location is stunning and brilliant, near grocery shop. The units are tidy and exceptional with balcony. The staff are kind and nice.

Views are pretty average.

The units were bright and the staff were excellent and efficient people who are more than happy to pass off tasks to currently unavailable experienced staff members. The view of the London skyline from the window was wonderful, appreciated it. This hotel was located in a central area close to Tube, grocery shop next door, St Katherine's Marina and a tube station-which was very handy for travelling across London.

The location was great and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The service was excellent with a speedy check-in.

The location was particularly good, very close to the subway and buses as well as Westminster and Big Ben and easily accessible.

The location was great and fab as it was walk from a tube station. And next door to cafes and pubs, it was a bonus. The bedroom was fantastic and bright. The bathroom was clean, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

Pretty standard and comfortable accommodation with outstandingly accommodating staff who are more than happy to pass off tasks to currently unavailable experienced staff members. Reasonably large room with a balcony as expected. Comfortable bar area.

We stayed 5 nights and it was a very nice fit.

Everyone we met from the staff was excellent and efficient. The hotel was in an excellent location, close to all 'the big attractions'. In The Empress you could have Halal meals.

The property was nice with excellent staff who helped us with every request, I appreciated the stay. The rooms were good sized and well-kept and view of the London skyline was marvellous. The location was particularly good and magnificent, to the east aldgate tube station super easy to get around London, convenient to go everywhere.

Enjoyed the apartment with a balcony and the way it was setup. The hotel's location was incredible, close to the London Eye, the Canary Wharf and Tesco Express.

The bedroom was neat and good-sized. The best part was the fantastic view of the urban. Incredible location just off bus stations, pubs and restaurants were near the hotel.

The bed of mine was not very comfortable.

Large unit with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges. Early check-in, marvellous and absolutely perfect location adjacent to the next underground, major attractions like Tower Bridge, St Paul's Cathedral, and fantastic restaurants.

Exceptionally friendly hotel with urban views and perfect and great staff. Lovely area, central location next to the tube a short walk away, and a bus stop opposite for the 15 bus, and plenty of food shops for the self caterer as well as Tower Bridge and the south bank Brick lane. 15 minutes' walk to a commercial skyscraper. Exceptional services! Late check-out.

Incredibly friendly and absolutely amazing place, it has kind staff who helped us with every request. A subway station is not far from the hotel, central location. Efes Restaurant, where you can eat, is at a moderate distance from from here.

The room is a bit small.

My stay was memorable for two nights. My double room had kitchen. I appreciated the view over the urban. The stuff was perfect and great and gave me recommendations. The location of the property was marvellous, to an event near by. Moreover, it was just next door to tower hill / tower bridge, the east aldgate tube station and brick lane market.

Beds were too high.

The central location walk from an underground station. The double room with shower, facilities worked for us.

Its location was central, just close to a breaking gallery. The hotel was in a nice area, right by local shops and underground on the District Line.

The staff - some of them were useless.

Friendly place, very clean beds, gentle staff. Neat and decent sized room with an incredibly beautiful view of the London skyline from the window. Modern design. Magnificent location in very very nice area, not far from metro-which is very practical. Plus, near Shadwell. Great way to end our christmas.
