Unbeatable and nice location in a nice quiet area, just off a train line, the city center, and shops and Sutton train station. Well-mannered and attentive staff interactions.

Stayed for 2 nights in this well presented and newly renovated place, appreciated that. Booked a room for our coffee. The hotel offered good milk, breads, and eggs to start the morning with. The staff were very amiable and attentive and the location was unbeatable in city or close tube or railway stations.

Well-appointed and well laid out, reasonably priced rooms with double bed, adequate facilities, as example. Nicely presented and newly remodelled hotel in an absolutely perfect setting in that area which will be very soon.

It is a good home base for an overnight stay. The hotel offers breads, jam, and eggs in the morning. You'll need to walk 5 minutes to get to the bus stop. It offers good services.

Marvellous and comfortable location for visiting pubs and restaurants walk from the hotel. And it's at a moderate distance from downtown.

Overall it was compact, with a private bathroom.

Everything was great, the service was fantastic. The rooms were nice styled and new-fashioned with good Wi-Fi. The staff were extremely friendly and affable and assisted us greatly. Marvellous central location short walk to the high street, hospitals and the close railway line.

Milk, fresh bread, and eggs for breakfast with the supplied food. Convenient central location, short walk to train station and town center and railway stations. And extremely close to a national gallery.

The property was comfortable with courteous staff. Appreciated the room on his mobile phone, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The services were nice. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too. Booked the hotel for its great and lovely location close to shopping and train station, Sutton township and the train tracks. There were a good choice of restaurants to eat, like Il Toscano that was only 15 minutes' walk away. The experience was memorable and I would come here again.

The hotel's location is marvellous, so close to the train line right alongside as well as shopping and train station. Nice service and the food is fresh. Very very nice people that welcomes you in.

This fantastic hotel was run by the very-very nice and courteous staff. Appreciated our rooms with double bed. The food was fresh with a good choice of alternatives. The service was nice, we felt welcome. They offered ironing at no cost too. The location was great for exploring Sutton.

I spent here 1 great day and would come here again. This place was wonderful and the staff was very nice. I had the double room which was neat and bright with breakfast. The location of the hotel was central, close enough to public transport, railway stations, and transport connections. Also, it was at a moderate distance from an Emigration gallery.

I had 2 nights in Sutton, spending the time here lovely. The staff were fabulously helpful and the rooms were a nice size. The location was particularly good near Epsom racecourse. Ate at Casa Nostra, it's not very far from the venue. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel overall.

Well presented place, good for an overnight stay. Easy check-in and late check-out, very friendly staff. A lot of food at breakfast like breads, jam, and eggs. Absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location to walk with bags from train station, extremely good facilities. Based just next door to town centre, public transport and shops, and high heels and a very short skirt.

The hotel's location was good close to the train station. What's more, it was close enough to both Sutton town centre and Royal Marsden Hospital as well as bus stops.

The service was nice, I had 1 great night here. This accommodation had a central setting in Sutton area. And it was also near to shops, restaurants and transport connections, train line and fire alarm going off at 8.30 am, and Sutton High Street buses and rail connections.

The hotel had a central location in the early morning hours due to the close railway line. Moreover, it was really close to the town center and train station, close to station and railway stations.

The hotel with well-kept and brand-new rooms, in a nice quiet area, to Sutton train station. Perfect and exceptionally nice location, within walking distance of everywhere. Again, not far from Overton Park Recreation Ground. Brilliant and fresh bread, jam, and eggs.

We stayed in a double room with coffee/tea making facilities and sound-proofed windows. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was great walk-in.

The room was well-organised and recently renovated and complete with a communal kitchen, tea/coffee, as for instance. The hotel had a magnificent and easy location near Vineyard Church. Everything was modern, I can't recommend highly enough.

The location it offers is peaceful, so close to all transport, centre, and town station and train station. Furthermore, it is 4 km from the touristic places like The Grove Park.

Quiet location just next door to the high street and train station, Sutton High Street buses and high heels, I felt safe. I was happy to find Il Toscano, it was relatively close to the hotel and served nice food.

The venue was set in the central position close to the train station, Easy to get to and the top centre. The staff was exceptionally helpful and the room was fashionable with very clean beds.

Location: the hotel was not far from buses, and a rail way. Restaurant Coughlans Bakery located 1 km away was a nice surprise. It was airy and perfect, good enough for one night.

The hotel was in the central setting to Sutton station. And we were close to shops.

Our double room was fashionable. The location seemed easy close to the town centre. Moreover, it's so close to the railway, London and train line.

Our room was bright, airy, with good shower and the bedroom plus a communal kitchen. Everything here was good.

Appreciated Sutton, the hotel was great to the railway. The location was easy and the staff was welcoming during the whole stay! Besides, it was close enough to the trains, transport and town centre.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were affable. Overall it was spotless with self serve breakfast. The location was marvellous, close to station, in the fairly nice area. There was Melbourne Take Away nearby to grab something to eat. We enjoyed this hotel and would come here again.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Sutton. It had all needed for overnight stay in Sutton. The staff were amicable and pleasant made my stay lovely! They offered eggs, fresh bread and jam for breakfast.

Many things to like: exceptionally comfortable bed, brilliant food, polite staff. Late check out. Marvellous and peaceful spot just next door to the garden, the train line and a residential area. Also, close to the train station.

comfy beds, we loved it. everything was perfect as expected, even so the bathroom was a little tired.

We really enjoyed location and atmosphere, the venue organised everything for us. A communal kitchen was very clean. Besides, the property had free Wi-Fi. It was worth its 3 stars.

We really loved our stay here. Planned to see Sutton major attractions and it was cosy base for visiting all of them. Standard twin room was very clean with comfy bed. 5 minutes walk to a bus station.

Casa Nostra, where you can eat, is a few steps away from the hotel. We would definitely recommend it to those visiting Sutton. Appreciated that the venue was next to the train station, 20 minutes' walk. Perfect for city break;)))

A kitchen was ok for us. Hotel was adjacent to a railway station. A characterful base for exploring Sutton.
