This location was absolutely perfect and convenient, just next door to Kensington High Street and many cafe, restaurants near-by, also short-walk to Gloucester Road underground station and Kensington and Chelsea. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 25 minutes walk from the hotel.

The room was impressive and perfect with private bathroom and particularly nice views. The location was marvellous and incredible to London public transport. Besides, it was right by Gloucester tube station, bus lines, supermarkets, Starbucks, and many restaurants nearby and most major attractions including Kensington Palace.

The staff was experienced & efficient. The hotel was in a very central location easy to walk to many key sites.

I had perfectly clean, silent room with a safe, a seating area, and a hair dryer. The location was marvellous and incredible for cafes and restaurants. It was across the quiet area.

Everything was nice, had an enjoyable stay on holidays. The staff members were all attentive and efficient. It had very central location close to Richmond University. There were a market and shops around the hotel. Loved my time here.
