The unit we got was good sized and well-appointed with dining table and comfortable Bathrooms plus washer/dryer.

The room was well-appointed and air-conditioned and had an electronic key card, a work desk, and television. Our hotel was in an amazing location close to tube station. Moreover, it's just next door to many attractions, Close to Paddington and Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations.

Overall it was compact and airy, with a separate bathroom.

Everything there was perfect. Well-appointed hotel units with bathroom and an extra sofa bed plus iron.

The bedroom was air conditioned and brand-new.

The unit we got was tidy and airy with the second bathroom, safe box, clean sheets.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the demands, can recommend it. Had fine 5 nights here. It was in a central location, in residential neighborhood.

It was an unbeatable and nice location short walk to the center of London as well as a good area. Westminster Borough district was worth exploring.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. We had a spacious bedroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and it was convenient to have an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and kitchenware.

Just ok hotel, but with polite staff and good wi-fi. Marvellous and lovely location close to many attractions in a good area. Lovely bed and spacious room.

For a 4 star hotel everything was perfect, I truly enjoyed to be here. The setting was amazing and the staff were cooperative people especially the manager who was always there to help me. And it was also near to restaurants, pubs, supermarket as well as public transport.

Staff were accommodating and consistently courteous, rooms were airy and equipped with clean sheets, all the facilities, as example.

My superior apartment and bed were nice. An electric kettle, a microwave, and an air conditioning were a huge plus. The location was lovely, near eateries and restaurants.

The staff were absolutely rude, didn't expect that coming.

Its location is fantastic & good, near Underground, and Paddington which is 5 minutes away. Within 1 km you'll find The Pride of Paddington, where you can drink something.

And it was airy compared to other rooms in London. The hotel was placed in the central location in nice neighborhood. It was next door to Tukdin, where you can have lunch.

Found a place called The Village Paddington, set close to the hotel, ate there a few times. The beds and pillow were very clean.

This hotel was enjoyable base for exploring London, liked it. 24-hour concierge and concierge service where available too.

clean bathroom, helpful staff. concierge is the best ever! kitchen allowed us to cook. lancaster gate tube station is a 10-15 minute walk from the property.
