The location was perfect - very close to tube stations, Kensington Gardens, and central london.

I stayed here 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was marvellous, to the nearest shopping centre, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Local fast food option Chicken Valley was 5 minutes walk away.

Had such great 3 nights here. The staff was very nice and outstandingly accommodating all the time. The location was marvellous and beautiful, 20 km to London City airport, perfectly reachable.

Ironing facilities, a study table, and a radio inside the royal apartment were handy. Functional bathrooms, that included a bath.

Truly enjoyed every detail about our really great 4 nights stay here. The location in a pretty nice area was great and beautiful and there were a shopping centre and a supermarket nearby.

The room was very small.

The bed was very comfy, and the room itself was comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and excellent. The location of the hotel was excellent and unbeatable, close to Museums. And it was relatively close to Da Mario Kensington, ate there couple of times.

Shame the bathroom was very small.

The location was stunning, near Royal Albert Hall and the museums. We had lunch in Da Mario Kensington, located nearby. They gave us a park apartment with all amenities.

Came here for 5 nights with my family, had a really comfortable stay. The location was excellent because it was short walk to the most connected underground stations in London, central london and Royal Albert Hall, tube stations, Kensington High Street and lots more.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our stay here was enjoyable, unique base for exploring London. The staff was attentive and efficient, helped with every request. Its location was incredible, so close to the nearest shopping centre, Royal Albert Hall, tube stations, Kensington High Street and lots more beside and the most connected underground stations in London. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel.

All of the hotel's stuff are outstandingly accommodating and polite. The apartment overlooks street and includes a microwave, an electric kettle and a dishwasher. The rate is £ 321, satisfied. The location is marvellous, 2 km from a 40-acre recreational lake.

Got wheelchair accessible room with all amenities, bedrooms, for instance as expected.

There was nothing I didn't like!

the location was marvellous, for example, a royal residence was within easy walking distance of the hotel. the staff there were attentive and polite.

All in all, it was ideal base for travelling to London. Location: the hotel was close to Hyde Park, London, and the museums. Also, Royal Albert Hall was situated on the doorstep;)))

You guys made my stay such wonderful! The hotel was in an unbeatable and fab position right by Museums as well as tube station. Found Brunello Bar and Restaurant with perfect drinks 300 metres away.

We were there for 3 days, everything was great, appreciated its fab location right by the Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park and London. The place had a QUIET atmosphere. Overall the service was fantastic.

The staff was polite, I really enjoyed to be here. Set close to an underground station, it was a plus.
