I had a warm welcome, very very nice and welcoming staff. My room was bright and included a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron and ironing board.

Exceptional staff and the location was particularly good and excellent. There was plenty of restaurants and nice restaurants nearby to try. My room included a microwave, an air conditioning, and a personal safe. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom here was modern.

As for me, the area was quite dirty.

We stayed 1 night and it was a really comfortable fit. The location was marvellous for traveling around London, close enough to subway station/nearby bus stops, the gentrified London, and food places and shops. We had lunch at nearby Sushi Masago, tried their fast food options. Loved our stay.

I had a superior queen studio included with a decent view, cutlery, as for instance. In general the staff were exceptional and accommodating. The location was perfect, near Liverpool Street, a tube line and the bus station.

Loved how the a nice size and recently decorated superior queen suite with a spacious bathroom and a very comfortable bed was arranged when we arrived. The setting of hotel was handy, away from the metro.

We were in a particularly good and magnificent location near to food places and shops, the tube and Aptel East. You can find Ruyam 4-6 minutes' walking distance from the hotel to a have lunch.
