The staff were amicable and helpful, nothing too much trouble. The room was clean with washing machine, fresh towels, as for instance, just what was needed.

The location in a good area was excellent and there were shopping centres and a market nearby. I had quick lunch at Chicken Valley, located near the hotel.

The venue's position was central. Further, it was so close to Sutton train station, Sutton shopping centre and transport.

Booked suite, that included a microwave oven, an individual safe, and climate control. It was beautiful, and the bathroom was spotless.

I booked it many times and would be happy to recommend.

That was what I call ideal base for one night. The hotel was in a central location close to center of town. Moreover, it's next to shops and Sutton train station and buses, Sutton shopping centre and restaurants. The folks were affable and efficient.

I liked staying in this 3 star hotel. The room was cosy with washing machine, kitchen plus fresh towels, the staff were very friendly, did everything. The location was absolutely perfect in the good area. A train station close to the property was really handy.

When we visit Sutton, like staying here. The rooms are extremely spacious and beautiful and include a washing machine and a cooker. It has particularly good, marvellous setting, short walk to Sutton shopping centre and transport and shops and Sutton train station and buses. Also, Secombe Theatre is near here. A nice bar does the trick.

I was happy, the apartment I booked came with kitchen, washing machine, for example. There were a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator upon arrival.

All in all, it was brilliant place for travelling to Sutton. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Sutton Court Road bus stop.
