The location was magnificent local to Lyceum theatre, right next to Work. We were moved to a studio apartment with the bedroom, queen bed, the facilities.

The bed was uncomfortable.

Booked studio apartment, that included a work desk, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a sitting area. Fortunately, free Wi-Fi was available.

The hotel needed some tlc.

It deserves its 3 stars. Pretty building in a good location. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Kings Cross St Pancras district.
