The room was excellent and reasonably spacious, we had a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. There was kitchen.

I greatly enjoyed it so will be back.

The location on everything you need was nice and absolutely perfect for us. The idea to include an electric kettle, a dishwasher, and refrigerators in the superior king studio was nice. The staff were professional and responsive; we had an early check-in.

The deluxe apartment overlooks city and includes an oven, a cooktop, and kitchenware. Very amiable, efficient staff, thanks very much for treating me so well.

Wonderfully appointed and modern room with a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and TV, greatly enjoyed it. The beds where nice and the bathroom here was modern. The location was fantastic, next to John Lewis, and posh shops around the, and the public parking was an excellant bonus.

Enjoyed a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven in the room. The location was amazing and fantastic for first time visitors to London.

The most important was the staff - super-friendly and helpful people. Enjoyed clean bathroom and a safe, central heating, and an iron in our superior studio. The bed was exceptionally comfortable as expected.

The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was fairly clean. The bed was comfy, slept good.

The staff were excellent and responsive too. The setting was marvellous, right by Hyde Park, the subway and many excellent restaurants. It also was very close to the Tube.

I liked staying here. Had 25 days in London, spending my time here lovely. All of the staff was professional and very amiable. Incredible and magnificent location, it was very close to the nearest underground station, the centre and a metro, coffee shop, John Lewis and very nice and posh shops around the are. Café Piccolo Bar located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The setting was incredible, right by coffee shops, restaurants and underground station, the underground and many excellent restaurants and the Sloane Square tube. I asked for deluxe apartment, it was new-fashioned and wonderfully appointed.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! Had EXCELLENT stay during the holidays. Incredible and amazing location close to the Sloane Square tube, the King's Road, a metro, coffee shop, John Lewis and very nice and posh shops around the and the nearest underground station, I felt safe. And it was at a medium distance from Comptoir Libanais Chelsea, ate there couple of times. I liked the city view from the deluxe apartment.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean room with a safe, central heating and an iron. Paid £ 168. All in all great setting close to a London Underground station as well as the subway, shopping and restaurants. Also, very close to Tube.

Overall had lovely stay during the holidays. My room was new-fashioned and excellent, liked it. The location of the hotel was excellent and absolutely incredible - just a short walk away from a British department store.

Location: the hotel was short walk to Sloan square tube, a London Underground station and the subway, shopping and restaurants. Chelsea district was worth staying in. The room was excellent sized with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a work desk, coffee/tea makers and TV. Pleased it had a bath.
