The room was neat and heated with well-equipped kitchen, had really good experience. I loved that the design was nice. The hotel was in a peaceful location, to train station for trip to stansted airport. Also, the venue was only 1 km to several bridges.

We lived in the apartment with excellent facilities and bedroom plus washing machine.

The location was unbeatable - ease of access to a high street. All the employees were knowledgeable and accommodating.

The location was marvellous and peaceful for walking around a historic castle. Loved the lively area. We had the apartment and it was heated. View of sunsets was magnificent.

This hotel was excellent base for exploring London, appreciated it. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless and heated. It was very handy to have a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The staff were efficient and check-in was easy. The location was brilliant and easy, very near to underground station!

Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

Everything was fine, I liked my stay. The staff was amicable and efficient, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. All the services were brilliant. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. The hotel had an incredible and brilliant location next to I Eye. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel staff was not so helpful.

Besides, the location was perfect for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a bulging skyscraper.

The location was brilliant and best possible, for example, a bulging skyscraper was within easy walking distance of the hotel. Loved our apartment with in need of renovation, separate bedroom and a bedside table. The personnel was pleasant and attentive, doing their best to assist.

Had really good stay during my Christmas holiday and the weather was warm. I liked that the room was bright with separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, as example.

The hotel is a few steps away from big ben and brick lane. Our room was very clean. If you want to eat nearby, try cinammon kitchen city, which is situated 800 ft away.
