The units were air conditioned and the staff were attentive and efficient people at the reception desk.

The staff was very amiable, efficient, and everything was really good. The location was quiet, just 5 min walk from Liverpool Central Library. Btw, the airport was 20 km away.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views over the park. The rooms are tastefully decorated and really well appointed with airplay-capable tvs and the staff are excellent. It is set in a very beautiful area, walking distance to a museum and a theatre.

Charming small and stylish venue, stunning location very close to tube stations, bus stops and station as well as bus links.

The hotel had super, stunning location, we were nearby a tube station. Dined at Teppanyaki Chinatown, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

The staff were non flexible, didn't expect that coming.

The stay here was perfect for two nights. Got the same double room with kitchenette booked online, enjoyed that. There were a sofa, Netflix, and a kettle in our room.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was flawless, with super and cosy location close enough to Lancaster Gate tube station and especially valuable close to Elizabeth Line for easy transport to city and Heathrow airport.

Very impressed with king room with windows to the craven hill. Easy check-in, peaceful location just next door to London 2020, the metro and the park, and bars, cafes, restaurants and transport.

Liked this stylish accommodation with extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk. The view over the park from our well stocked and well laid out room was magnificent. The hotel had a central location to Paddington station.

In short, the room was newly remodelled, comfortable bed, compact bathroom. An iron, an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment were a huge plus. The location was pleasant, within a close distance from Queensway Tube. I had a perfect stay and would come here again!

The best thing is location - short walk to the shops, London and tube and railway. The double room is recently refurbished with a Nespresso machine, earplugs, as example.

It's lovely place for visiting some must see attractions in London. We took a studio and it had climate control, an individual safe and a writing desk. Reception staff are the nicest people.
