The venue is clean, the staff is consistently courteous and accommodating. It offers generous sized rooms with balcony, spent our time really good.

My high standard room had a clean bathroom and a lovely bed.

There was no assistance.

All in all everything was superb, had an extra special stay on a weekend. The restaurant was comfortable for breakfast and evening food, I tried excellent dishes. The employees were attentive all the time.

It has very central location and close to a tube station.

The room was really well appointed, had an iron and a kettle, I loved it. It was in an ideal location short walk to close to the bus station, and Covent Garden in easy walking distance from here.

The building is very very good and the rooms are beautifully presented with shower, a bath, for instance. The breakfast with pastries and first meal, as for instance is savoury and warm for what is offered.

Marvellous and stunning location - just off theater district, other transport and the Millennium Bridge to the south bank. Also, to pretty much all the tourist attractions as well as the shopping streets.

No complaints whatsoever, recommend this place. High-class hotel, fairly clean, employees are very supportive, and location is easy to the historic ' Inner Temple '. It has restaurant for breakfast and evening food, spent time there when it was rainy outside. Very GOOD service and the food is good. Happy to have a bar area in the lobby.

The hotel had a very central setting to Trafalgar square. Moreover, it was near to the business district, London, sightseeing.

The hotel is so fabulous, the staff is accommodating! Complementary drinks at outdoor bar, good service. Furthermore, guests can use parking nearby. It is located within walking distance of a theatre and a temple and that's fab.

Overall perfect stay of 2 nights. We loved all the hotel offered, its perfect staff and food. The breakfast was warm, the check in was early. The location was perfect and incredible, for example, Aldwych Theatre was within easy walking distance of the venue...

actually everything was great, my next choice again in london. the whole place was fairly clean, i loved it, and had very good location and rooms. all the staff was pleasant, solved my issues. got spotless and airy room with shower and a bath plus sofa & desk had a very comfortable stay overall.

The rooms are good sized and the bed is big. Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. There's Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese with nice shots right at the venue. Was a fine base for weekend.

Such city attractions as millennium bridge were near to this hotel. Wandsworth district was worth staying in.

hotel's position right by the courtauld gallery and easy connection to covent garden. easy walk to the restaurant chambers. our suite accommodated us perfectly.
