Magnificent small property with courteous and nice staff with attentive service from friendly staff.

Thanks guys for a really nice stay for my 'big' birthday weekend. It has both hospitable and thoughtful staff. The continental breakfast is amazing and outstanding.

Excellent quality place all in all, has delightfully helpful staff with a request for a twin room.

Location - great and beautiful really close to Sky Garden, and waterloo. Besides, easy access to Liverpool Central Library.

All in all, it's beautifuly designed place that has genuinely helpful staff with attentive service from friendly staff.

Truly enjoyed the location that was marvellous and not far from Tower of London, London Bridge to Tate Modern, Old Globe and Burrough Market as well as the "tube ". Also, the hotel was situated next to a massive central square. Nothing to complain about, really, had a very comfortable stay for a quick visit to London.

Brand-new and air-conditioned units for two-requested double bed. Amazing food for marvellous breakfast for fair prices.

Exceptional place, amazing food offered for continental breakfast. Good location, really close to an ancient Anglican church. Easy access to the train station, 5 minutes on foot.

The location was marvellous, over to the South Bank side or up to the city area!

The hotel was in a very central location in the center of city. Enjoyed an outstanding breakfast for all hot dishes.

The location absolutely perfect and stunning in the nearby area. Complementary breakfast with options vegetarian and delicious pastries and all hot dishes and very good customer service.

It was an absolutely brilliant and pretty hotel, no reason to complain, do recommend. We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, though everything was perfect. Fast staff from maids to receptionists and the location was stunning to walking distance to the tube station. Found time to see Cunard Building, that's not very far from the property.

Marvellous position in the financial area, right by a trainstation, the Tower of London and many local restaurants, and river and tower bridge. 15 minutes walk to an old riverside cathedral. Lovely food in the restaurant, incredible and delicious breakfast with all hot dishes and large filtered coffee, as for instance.

First-rate accommodation with service-minded and very responsive staff members that are service oriented. Double room with tea and coffee. Complementary breakfast selection of good things.

The double room I had was high-class and reasonably priced. An absolutely fantastic continental breakfast at 6.15, I loved it. The hotel was situated in the central location near to the tube stop.

It has a marvellous and fantastic location in the centre of financial district with good connection to metro.

The city view was brilliant, the room was airy and stylish. The location was very central, really close to Bank and Tower Hill and Circle / District line. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the hotel.

The units are big and updated with balcony.

All in all marvellous and fab setting near to the cruise port and the Tower of London, Globe Theatre, Tate Modern.

Had great stay for three nights and the weather was warm. The restaurant was pleasant for breakfast here, I had hot dishes. It was with a separate walk-in shower. The hotel provided reasonable prices.

Well-maintained and nicely appointed place with brilliantly helpful employees that are service oriented. Perfect setting, not far from an oasis of calm amongst the bustle close to the tower of London, and the hotel's restaurant.

Complementary breakfast at 6.15, with good food. Excellent and unbeatable location close to several nice Pubs, and restaurants as well as an alleyway, and very good service. Situated only 1 km from a Town-class light cruiser.

Thanks for the decent stay for my birthday weekend. The location is very central. There are cafés and restaurants close by.

In overall, the place is 1st class, has especially helpful and patient staff from maids to receptionists. Make sure you stay in the double room with nice touches like a light in the wardrobe.

Provided breakfast was very very good with delicious pastries, natural orange juice plus options vegetarian, exceeded our expectations. The location was marvellous and particularly good, only 5 minutes walk to a medieval castle.

The place was fairly clean with a modern design and service-minded and very responsive staff. The room was stocked and high standard, we had climate control, a balcony, and a safe. Absolutely perfect central location near great attractions, restaurants, cafes and transport. Also, it took about 5 mins by foot to get to a historic castle.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast. The hotel was in a fab location near to Tower of London and St Katherine Dock and the London Bridge which is a good choice for visiting there. Besides, it was a 4-6 minute walking distance from a bulging skyscraper.

It is a chic building, the rooms are spotless and huge with bath. The setting is brilliant and great, not far from Covent Garden and Soho, an awesome Burger and Beer restaurant and the underground.

Had enjoyable stay for three nights. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. It was in an incredible and stunning location next to Ship. The hotel itself was in a peaceful area. The complimentary drinks in downstairs bar were very welcome. I liked the stay here.

the location was incredible, and we could reach a bulging skyscraper by walking. moreover, it's right by sights, the thames and tower hill station. the breakfast with delicious pastries was satisfactory, you’ll find what you need.

We were in a fab location around 10-15 minutes walk from a fantastic market. Further, it was close to London, bars and shops.

Admired city view from the window. The accommodation had a central location right by Tower Bridge. The hotel met requirements, I would stay here again.

It has large rooms. Greatly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant The Lampery, no need to go somewhere else. Good base for a 2-night stay.
