The staff were polite, the room was big size and huge.

Clean units with 4 beds crammed together, bathroom plus soiled carpet, great employees.

The bedroom was huge and luxurious. The bed was fine, after a long drive. Great location and overall the staff was lovely and great. It was actually situated close to a subway station.

The location is great, a 10-15 minute walk from a green Flag park. The airport is 20 km away.

Nice stay, gorgeous and lovely place. A refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven available in the quadruple room. Great location of the hotel, close to cafes and a co-op which is open late, the tube, shops and museums and very central London. Also, to the big sainsburys supermarket as a family with 3 kids.

It was a joy spending time in the reasonably large and airy room with microwave kettle, private bathroom and microwave.

The location was magnificent and incredible, adjacent to the subway & Salisbury Supermkt, the underground stations and many attractions in London. The jewel in the crown was welcoming and polite stuff.

The units are modest, tidy with 4 beds crammed together. There is a lot of supplies like : a microwave, central heating, and multi-channel TV. The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

I greatly enjoyed extremely spacious and modest rooms. The location of the property was great and lovely, close to city centre. Had lunch/dinner at The Gojk, which I found not too far away from the hotel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unwelcoming.

We loved this staying. The staff were top-class and our room was great-sized. The hotel's location was exceptionally nice and perfect to "Sainsbury's " supermarket. Spent our evenings in nearby The Blackbird enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Planned to see London major attractions and it was good base for visiting all of them. Amiable and pleasant staff, gave a lot of tourist information.
