Air conditioned unit for an extra' z' bed. Marvellous location on the plus side the gardens were very pretty.

It was well priced with again a good size bathroom, good enough for an overnight stay. The breakfast was hot and savoury served by at garden.

Excellant value for money, everything was great and the stuff was charming. The breakfast was lovely and top, I loved its variety. The bathroom in my suite was nice.

The breakfast was hearty and hot with fresh fried eggs rather than the usual congealed ones, and all the food was great! Its location to kew gardens was decent and incredibly comfortable.

All in all everything was very good, had a chill out stay for one night. The breakfast was complimentary with milk being on the turn and properly cooked and attention to detail. The location was decent and handy, close to many other attractions in the area, London centre and the Thames river side and Kingston. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

Convenient location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. The continental breakfast was hearty with cheese, greasy overlooked fried food, of high quality.

Functional brand-new hotel, beautiful views onto the gardens which are kept very nice and clean loads of rose bushes etc would be lovely on a hot summers day. Comfortable bed in double room with a hair dryer and a writing table.

The suite is fashionable with a balcony overlooking the garden area, clean towels, for example. The rate is £ 62, satisfied. This hotel offers particularly good and handy location really close to London for a rugby game at Twickenham, shops and station and attractions such as Kew Gardens.

Overall good hot and savoury breakfast with all the usual cooked ingredients and over 90 items " and fresh orange juice and superb service. Excellent and unbeatable location right by spacious gardens and adequate parking spaces as well as Kingston centre / river walk.

Particularly good and decent location, it was next to Kingston center, Kingston shops, restaurants and an early morning flight. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Hampton Wick district. Our rooms were extremely pleasant and brand-new, with a comfortable bed.

Decent and incredibly comfortable location just off university campus, the Thames river side and Kingston and reliable transport links straight into Central London, could not be better. Hot continental breakfast with ham and the fresh orange juice, as example, reasonably priced.

Peaceful location to St John. Good restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Lovely room with window open, coffee, for instance. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

All the staff was amazing friendly, fixed my issues. Clean hotel and compact suite, which was amazing for me. The room had the best bathroom and free WiFi, climate control and thoughtful tea making facilities.

Location: the hotel was just next door to Hampton Court Palace by boat and public transport.

It's fantastic base for sightseeing and exploring Kingston upon Thames. Excellent value for money, considering that everything is really good. The main bar makes the welcome drinks.
