Budget room, extremely comfy bed.

Feeling that I loved this incredibly beautiful hotel after staying for 3 nights. Stayed in twin room with private shower & toilet which was perfect for me. All the employees were respectful.

The venue has unbeatable setting in Hackney district really close to the tube station and the beautiful garden. Many thanks to caring and respectful staff for providing us with a relaxing stay.

The staff members were caring and excellent.

It has good location and private parking, and it's close enough to an underground station, and tubes. The place to order dinner just a short walk away from the hotel is Pizzeria Stokey.

Simply no reason to complain, great stay. Good budget hotel set in the fairly quiet area. En suite and cheap room provided with a balcony and free WiFi plus private shower & toilet. Exceptionally nice setting next to a bus station.

Stayed in en suite king room with a double bed, a balcony and bathroom. The location turned out to be exceptionally nice and unbeatable, so close to London by bus, buses, underground, eateries, pubs and local shops and tube and short bus ride.

The location was perfect and magnificent, next to a bus stop.

The location was particularly good for me as it was close to Tottenham and Finsbury Park. I was surprised at nearby World Museum's Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks.

Great and exceptionally nice location near the bus stop, I felt safe. Also, the place was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Mathew Street. The room was en suite, it was great value.

Convenient position was an added bonus. The staff were delightfully helpful and caring, with extra attention to the details.

The hotel had good value for money rooms and comfortable beds. Having coffee, a kitchen area, and a kettle was very convenient. The location was comfortable and ideal, just off train stations, stadium and London by bus or overground/underground.

Stayed for 3 nights in this stunningly beautiful place, liked that. The rooms where great value with bunk beds, bedroom, for instance, and I had a comfortable stay overall. The hotel's position was good, right by London on checkout day, shops around, and Alexandra palace.

Suitable place for a short stay, felt like home. The staff was polite, incredibly nice, and responded promptly to requests. The location was great and we were short walk from eateries and a stadium.

Its location is particularly good, so close to the centre of London, shops and bus stops and the Tottenham stadium. The staff are very very nice and welcoming.

I had fantastic 1-night stay here! The location was good and magnificent, near the tube station and local supermarket, London on checkout day and the massive garden. Btw, Stamford Hill was placed just 1 km from the hotel.

Some of the rooms were budget. Its location short walk from eateries and a stadium was marvellous. All the staff were amazingly nice, polite.

Located in the very quiet zone, it was a right place for a short stay. I booked great value for money, perfect room with a balcony, bedroom plus a double bed for free. Welcoming staff, couldn't ask for more. I came here for 2 nights and had a really great stay.

Had a fantastic 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Because of a problem with the twin room I was upgraded and had good value for money room with a double bed for free.

Stayed here for 1 night with my husband, had a very relaxing stay. The personnel were caring and respectful and gave me loads of advice. I got great value and budget king room with a balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture.

Distance to the airport was just 15 km.

The room was cheap with a balcony, free WiFi, for example and the overall experience was very enjoyable. Besides, the location was unbeatable and easy for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a sizeable local park. All the staff was accommodating and respectful and greeted us warmly.

A VERY COMFORTABLE stay for a wedding ceremony, marvellous and easy location. Cosy room with the garden, a double bed and free WiFi. Location near to the one train station, Hackney and the bus stop. Also, close to the City Centre.

The location was magnificent to the American football at the Tottenham stadium. It was 1 km from Namaaste Highgate, offering quick-service food.

Our favourite, low budget hotel in London with pleasant and caring staff. Magnificent and peaceful location in London, not far from the tube station, Finsbury Park and shops. Plenty of food options at a medium distance from the venue.
