Exceptional hotel & perfectly clean, its location is excellent to the direct underground stop for Heathrow. It has a rooftop bar.

The staff are exceptional and exceptionally nice.

The setting is stunning and fantastic, right by shops, markets and restaurants as well as Theatre District.

New-fashioned units for a single chair. Comfortable decoration in the rooms, marvellous and amazing location.

Exceptionally nice personnel, large and functional rooms with sofa bed style and 2 bedside tables.

Everything was modern, fantastic location so close to everything especially theatres, the staff were decent. The breakfast was complimentary with lots of items. The bedroom was functional and top-class.

It's fashionable with great bathrooms. The employees are all attentive.

The double room for 2 bedside tables, facilities worked for us. Central heating, an electronic key card, and a flat-screen television in the room. Excellent and absolutely perfect location - right by all the great restaurants, the centre of Covent Garden and British museum, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden. Again, not far from London Transport Museum.

The location of the hotel was very central, near Covent Garden square, and communal areas. Large units with coffee, tea and a nice desk, and the staff were very pleasant.

Large units especially in the bar, liked it. The hotel was in a good and fantastic location next to restaurants and shopping areas, Holborn and Covent Garden and Buckingham Palace, The Mall, Trafalgar Square.

I was happy to find The Ivy Market Grill, it was relatively near the property and served nice food. I thoroughly enjoyed to spend time in the amazing roof top bar.

Around 4-6 minutes away by foot from South Bank and 400 metres from London Transport Museum. Honestly nothing to complain about.

The staff were attentive and amiable, you should know it.

The room was high standard, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets. Enjoyed very modern design. The staff were all kind and efficient. The location was peaceful and best possible, 10 minutes' walk to the centre. Besides, the area was very very nice, next to Theatre Museum.

Easily reached The Savoy Grill, located within easy walking distance of the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. I was given double room with a safe box, central heating and an electronic key card.
