It was tidy, and the people were amiable and kind. I really enjoyed having a metro station within 10 minutes walk. I didn't want to say goodbye, spent very good time and would recomand.

You guys made our stay really good. It was neat, staff was amiable. There were coffee/tea makers, an oven and a washing machine in kitchenette.

Excellent stay, no complaint, we strongly recommend. So glad we choose it, it's fantastic base for staying in London.

We didn't have time, but we would book again. Neat place, staff was amicable. Our spotless room included comfortable bed, an electric kettle, an individual safe and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Location: the hotel was so close to tube, London, and the centre. It also was hard to get there late at night when the underground closes.

I stayed for 1 night here and had an excellent time. Got double room with an en-suite bathroom as expected. I loved this hotel.

The bathroom I had was cold.
