Appreciated this lovely little and well priced hotel, easy to find, with efficient staff especially the Bulgarian receptionist. This venue was set in a central area right by Kensington High Street and the V & A museum and the museums and Royal Albert Hall.

The breakfast was nice hot and perfect exactly as I hoped, with various options to cater for different needs, yogurt, tasty pastries.

This is a stylish and picturesque hotel with pleasant staff with this one member of staff.

The hotel was clean and fully equipped, had great views over the Natural History Museum gardens. The room was well-equipped and very well decorated, with modern decor and a coffeemaker and an iron for our comfort. The location was incredible - very close to underground and local attractions.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, close opposite the natural history museum with easy access to a shopping area and a market.

The hotel itself was a bit noisy, though the breakfast was perfect and the staff were superfriendly.

Wi-Fi was very spotty, made me a little nervous.

The rooms were high-class, themed with a mezzanine en suite bedroom, ideal for us. The service was very good throughout our stay. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Got the same deluxe room booked online with large fluffy towels, surprisingly good beds for English standard, an iron. The breakfast was hot and perfect, with a huge variety of goodies.

This hotel is small luxury and intimate, has efficient employees with this one member of staff. The breakfast was hot with various options to cater for different needs! Incredible central location close enough to the Royal Albert Hall which is very close by, bus stop and Kensington. A scientifically spellbinding museum was also not very far from the property.

The location of this hotel near to Kensington Gardens / Museums, attractions in London especially the museums and close to underground, and Natural History museum and the V&A was great and brilliant. I checked out a scientifically spellbinding museum, that was set at a walking distance from the property. Overall it was neat and airy with a balcony in a beautiful townhouse. A shower and nice toiletries were very handy.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The total stay was perfect during my visit. The staffs were wonderfully friendly & respectful. The breakfast with various options to cater for different needs was served in the courtyard. The location was stunning, just off Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, the Royal Albert Hall also a short walk from the tube station and the Gloucester Road tube station, in a peaceful area. Plus, a scientifically spellbinding museum was not very far from the hotel.

All good - we greatly enjoyed this trendy boutique hotel - the food was fab and the staff were efficient and affable. The venue's location was marvellous and beautiful, close to the Gloucester Road tube station which has a direct line to Heathrow with a market and shops within walking distance.

And the area was very quiet, very close to the nearby Royal Albert Hall, Harrods and Kensington Gardens, and the major museums, close to tube stations and walking distance to Kensington and Hyde Parks. I liked the stay and recommend the venue.

Worth its 4 stars. As picky eaters we loved to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Pizza Express couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

Hotel was next to such places as kensington palace. We found The Jam Cupboard to dine in 800 feet from the venue. Close vicinity, just 5 minutes on foot to gloucester road subway station, was a big plus. Southwark is a district that deserves exploring❤❤❤

the location was excellent, with light of india nearby. we liked everything at 54 queen's gate including the food and staff. short walk from victoria and albert museum.
