Pretty close to the airport, 20 km. Large and en suite room with 1 fan, good offer.

Booked a room with pleasant views of a park across the street. We had a very clean bed, a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. It had exceptionally nice location, adjacent to Paddington underground, restaurants and transportation, and Winter Wonderland.

Especially helpful staff and the location was ideal. We dined at a lovely nearby restaurant with Indian dishes.

All in all, it was welcome base for travelling to London. Great and excellent location, an underground station was walk from our hotel. We dined at the attached restaurant with the terrific service.

Our accommodation was set in a central location short walk to tube station, LHR airport and Paddington train and subway stations. Westminster Borough district was definitely worth visiting. We had a quiet bedroom. Had a microwave, an electric kettle, and a cooktop at our disposal.

The location was comfortable and easy, for example, The Cavern Club was just a short walk away from the hotel. It was a nice quiet area, an excellent base for me.

A good location walk from restaurants and pubs. Besides, very convenient to Victoria Miro Gallery. Neat room, immaculate, with a clean bathroom. Lovely view over garden.

Beds were not comfortable.

The staff, everyone, was superbly friendly and affable. It was in the central location in a bustling neighbourhood. Plus, it was so close to supermarkets and Hyde Park and Kensington Palace.

The staff are affable and the room was reasonably large with 2 stretcher-type beds. There is a living room and a TV - that's always a plus. The location is marvellous for exploring London.

No reason to complain, the venue met requests, can recommend it. The hotel had a central location and it was minutes from Boy David Memorial. The area was nice quiet short walk to LHR airport, and Oxford Street.

This place was gorgeous in general with a competent and responsive staff team. The breakfast had a wide range of fabulous food and drinks. The rooms were good-sized and en suite, had a hair dryer, shower caps, and bath sheets. This accommodation was in the central location in the Paddington area.

The local staff was superfriendly and affable. Great position was an added bonus. Westminster Borough district was worth visiting.

All members of the staff were super friendly. The hotel's location was unbeatable, adjacent to the tube and Paddington Station, hop off buses and Paddington and Hyde Park.

Our superior apartment was complete with bathroom, a kitchen, 2 single beds. The location was comfortable for walking around a 40 - acre recreational lake. The staff were all professional, which was unquestionably a plus.

The location was comfortable and easy, you can visit Norfolk Square Gardens by walking. Further, it was next to restaurants and supermarket, Hyde Park and Kensington Palace and the Paddington train station.

We think it's an enjoyable base for staying in London. Every staff member is extremely polite and strives to meet your needs.
