Its location close to a gallery and a palace was great and fab.

Delightful hotel and fairly clean, sensational breakfasts, awesome location to South Kensington tube. Nice staff, luxury cosy double room. Efficient check-in, parking on site. Not to mention very good wifi!

Overall it was newly remodelled, with a separate bathroom. The bed was comfy, and we had tea/coffee making equipment and fridges. The location was good and perfect, easy walk to a subway station.

Tbh, we got very very small room, and Wi-Fi was very poor.

The rooms offered are high quality and brand-new with a new totally refurbished bathroom, shower and BINGO.

Top-class spotlessly clean property, it has well-trained stuff with excellant service. The hotel's restaurant is wonderful for dinner.

The bedroom was functional and high quality.

The continental breakfast was marvellous for our hot drinks and served in the restaurant. The venue's position was central. There was a wonderful restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

It has a nice size rooms with obscured windows and the shower.

The overall atmosphere was cosy, but some staff members were not so nice. Stayed in functional cosy queen room with water to complete my shower.

The room was quiet and luxury and had separate bathroom plus coffee & tea making facilities and a fridge.

We had an enjoyable meal in the morning and some amazing food at the lobby bar. The venue was set in the central position so close to the V & A Museum, South Kensington subway station and the Royal Albert Hall or South Ken tube.

Thoroughly enjoyed spending my time in this clean classy hotel. All food at the continental breakfast was fabulous. The staff were super-friendly and affable and gave me good recommendations. The location in a vibrant area was great and lovely and there were a market and a bakery nearby. The airport was 20 km away.

Everything was exceptional, understanding staff, brilliant location next to restaurants, museums, tube station, all tourist spots and V & A Museum. The breakfast looked delicious and great, with a good selction of food, unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn't try it. The service was exceptional, we had 3 relaxing nights here.

Guests have all their needs satisfied by the very responsive and friendly efficient stuff. The location is easy, 15 minutes' walk to Victoria and Albert Museum. The area is very very nice short walk to museums and parks in South Kensington, cafes, and the tube stations.

Got compact room with a higher window and a fan - always come in handy. A hairdryer, shower caps and bath sheets were a plus. It was in a central setting near the Museums.

The location was brilliant and easy for walking around a Dinosaurs gallery. It was located in a calm area right by South Kensington tube station and several attractions nearby. The breakfasts here were enjoyable with juices, sausages plus jams.

The superior queen room I was given was complete with en suite showers and the bar plus a higher window. Everyone who worked there was amicable and accommodating.

The staff - some of them were absolutely rude.

Staff was efficient and hotel is fairly clean and stylish! The unit we got was neat with the bedroom, the bar behind the curtains, for example. The decor was contemporary and the atmosphere was contemporary! The location was marvellous and brilliant, right next to Church of st Yeghiche. The team provided an exceptional service.

very pleasant overall experience. the hotel is quirky, impeccably clean, has great staff and food. attentive and professional staff on reception and elsewhere. the breakfasts is delicious and sensational with lots of food. plus, the location is easy, minutes from a world-famous museum. there is a nice restaurant within a close distance from property.

Breakfast was LOVELY and the bed was comfortable. The hotel’s adjacent to Victoria and Albert Museum, also we could easily access harrods.

Morning meal food was excellent. Every place we wanted to visit including science museum was an easy walk to this hotel. It's worth staying here and exploring Balham district.
