Well priced and extremely pleasant units with a king size bed, all the conveniences, wine, very helpful employees.

Fairly clean property with modern design, and extensive full English breakfast. Great position not far from public areas, and multiple attractions in London, including Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Thames, parks, restaurants, decent views.

Absolutely perfect and incredible location, it was so close to all the parks, shopping streets, theaters and attractions and Picadilly, shopping areas, Covent Garden, Buckingham Palace. Appreciated the guest room with 2 double beds, felt like we were home.

Disappointing aspect was cramped bathroom.

Overall excellent and absolutely perfect location short walk to Big Ben Oxford Street Piccadily Circus and the main tourist attractions around Parliament. Private parking onsite provided.

Handy central location, just next door to the center of the city, the shops and resturaunts and the St James Park tube station. Plus, walking distance to Bessborough Gardens. Continental breakfast with good food selection.

It was a really good place to stay in London. The room I booked was kept very clean and available in bedside table for instance. The hotel was really close to market to Holiday Inn standard fare, the highlights, and London for one night out thanks to its absolutely perfect location.

Overall it was spotless and compact, with a jacuzzi bathroom.

Brand-new and air conditioned room, with a lounge, free WiFi, and a kettle. Very clean beds, perfect after a long day in London.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 6 nights, but everything was very good. Reasonably priced rooms with a coffee/tea maker, a hair dryer, and a kettle, facilities worked well. The hotel was in a central location to Heathrow airport.

The room was well-appointed with real furniture, 2 double beds, a jacuzzi in the bathroom-, and all other comforts.

The hotel had a central setting close to London's hotspots. I went to nearby Stork Restaurant and tried their local food. My standard king room had modern conveniences, including wireless internet, a mini-bar, and a safe box. It was comfortably furnished and easy to move around, functional bathroom.

The restaurant was very convenient with a different menu and higher prices at 5 PM, we ordered freshly cooked dishes.

Breakfast was extensive, beautiful views, incredible location just off Leicester square / Piccadilly, the Buckingham Palace or the "famous " Oxford Street and the restaurant and attentive staff. The room was brand-new and the bathroom big. The beds were very clean and there were coffee/tea making equipment, a lounge, and a kettle. The hotel provided good prices.

The room was nicely furnished and brand-new and well maintained. It had a lounge, free Wi-Fi, and coffee, plus other facilities. The location was perfect and excellent, at a short distance from Buckingham Palace.

Special thanks to incredibly welcoming and consistently pleasant staff for making my stay a really really nice experience. The units are new-fashioned and airy with 2 beds. They offer coffee/tea making machines, a lounge area, and a hair dryer.

Stylish and fancy property with excellent employees in a less than welcoming manner. Magnificent location in a very posh area just off National Portrait Gallery and Piccadilly Circus, many bus lines, and the Green Park. Besides, very convenient to Green Park.

This accommodation had a very central setting right opposite the Ritz easy walking distance to all the main attractions.

Had a very nice stay for two nights, everything was perfect. The breakfast was extensive and warm for all tastes, the food was excellent. The staff was efficient, helped with every request. The setting was great, very close to next to the lively Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, The Mall & Big Ben and The Houses of Parliament, and major attractions in the city-all walking distance to Westminster.

Airy, functional unit with a double bed, and exceptionally nice staff.

The venue was in a very central location next to Harrods and Harvey Nicholls, tourist attractions in London and around 20 minutes along Piccadilly to Covent Garden through Leicester Square. Excellent team in a less than welcoming manner.

The breakfast was varied for all tastes, all the food was OUTSTANDING. The location was excellent with a tube station close to the accommodation.

Make sure you stay in the standard king room with adequate facilities, a great bed and wine. The location is close to a tube station, excellent.

The location was marvellous and an underground station was walk from the hotel. Truly enjoyed very quick check-in and smooth check-out. The staff was fast and welcoming and everything was great.

The location was incredible - short walk to the double decker bus line, two blocks from Buckingham Palace and a half block to the tube, and sending out for gluten free bread. It was a reasonably priced place, had amazingly attentive and responsive staff in terms of service. The room was clean & well maintained and available with comfortable bedroom as well as a minibar. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in London.

Unattentive staff!

It had marvellous and fab location with access to a well-subscribed shopping street nearby. There was a park and a river right next to the place.

We had a perfectly pleasant 5-star experience here. The location was best possible, relatively close to Buckingham Palace. The hotels' team was attentive.

My 1 night in London were very enjoyable. The location was central, right by many attractions and the Piccadilly tube line. Café Caffe Nero located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Loved staying at the cool standard king room with a great bed.

Good area, central location adjacent to the Green Park tube and Buckingham palace. For tea or coffee visit Fratelli's nearby.

Thank you for a very pleasant stay. The units were huge and practical with view. The staff are attentive and deserve a 4-star rating. The restaurant attached makes hot food.

Liked our stay, had fantastic 1 day overall. Queen room with a great bed accommodated us perfectly. All the staff was excellent and greeted us warmly. The location was central, incredible late in the bar we we returned from the theatre. Besides, it was just next door to tube and shops, London and Buckingham palace.

amazing base for a 2-night stay. good breakfast — lots of meals. hotel's concierge was top! our family room had double beds. furthermore, free wi fi - was a nice touch.

The location is perfect and the rooms are air-conditioned. Very family hotel, close enough to the downtown, 15 minutes' walk. The venue has concierge service and housekeeping to offer too.

Our stay here was wonderful, perfect place for exploring London. Location was convenient;)))
