A top-class property, clean, particularly good and unbeatable location to the Shepard's Bush underground station. The deluxe room with the shower, a bathtub, as for instance.

The hotel met standards, I would definitely stop here again. Very welcoming and courteous staff who were always there to help. The accommodation had a very central location in town center. It was also adjacent to stores, and London centre.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a bath, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There were an electric kettle and glassware upon arrival.

The classic double room was nice modern exactly like on the photos. The location in a safe area was excellent.

The stuff where pleasant and always polite day and night. The hotel has marvellous location near the tube station as well as a modern nicely refurbished property/pub. Plus, it was 15 minutes' walk to landscaped gardens.

For a 4 star hotel everything was very good, I really enjoyed to be here. Stayed in newly renovated classic king room with TV, bathroom, MODERN EQUIPMENT. Good service was provided. The stuff where incredibly nice and consistently courteous and the location was fab right in the centre of Acton high street. Further, it was next to bar/restaurant, and Acton Town metro station.

It was based in modern building in a marvellous and brilliant location, in the restaurant which was good. Moreover, it's short walk to which provides easy access to central London, and the tube and local restaurants and takeaways.

Location: the hotel was so close to a tube station, the Underground, and a good tube line. Bright and elegant units with shower, coffee, for instance, and the staff were amicable.

This property is in a magnificent location, adjacent to taxis, buses, the Hammersmith Apollo, and central London. It is close to Tops Pizza, where you can have dinner.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other trendy boutique hotels. The venue's position was very central. Apart from that, Drop was 5 minutes' drive away. The staff was efficient and amiable and helped us find bars and restaurants which were located close to. We had early check-in on arrival.
