Princes Square

The property was impeccably clean, featured nice design, I loved it. The standard single room was well-kept with the bathroom, a "single twin bed, as example. The breakfast offered variety of great meals. The service was excellent. What's more, there's parking nearby. The location very close to everything was perfect and peaceful. Besides, Colnbrook West was 5 km away from the property.

It's reasonably priced and nice modern with large bathrooms.

Lively people working here, wonderful small place. Recently renovated unit with shower.

Stay here and enjoy your London weekend. It's a gorgeous place, fairly clean. The hotel has a magnificent location, to the Bayswater shopping Mall. Btw, it's set in Westminster Borough district not far from bayswater and queensway tube station, and all major attractions such as Oxford Street and Hyde Park.

The bedroom was a nice size and en suite. The continental breakfast was lovely and satisfactory with juice, a muffin and cheese omelette. The location was convenient, near to the Circle, District, and Central tube lines, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and park and Oxford Street shopping and Knightsbridge and the near-by pubs or cafes.

Fairly quiet and bright unit with central heating, 1 x double, for example. Marvellous location for my plans, being walk from an underground station.

The weather was warm, had perfectly pleasant stay. Knowledgeable and attentive staff, enjoyed the freshly decorated room I booked. I had the continental breakfast. Amazing and beautiful location in the nice quiet area and it was a bonus to be walking distance to a tube station. There were restaurants and cafés walking distance to the place. The daily service was superb.

Nice little place. Very quiet area, very central location right by souvenir shops as well as many restaurants and coffee shops. Again, not far from a royal museum.

Got English breakfasts with juice, toast plus a muffin in Starbucks.

Decent location really close to Portabello Rd market, other restaurants, and Very close to main road where can find buses, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Situated only 1 km from National Football Museum.

It was perfect place for travelling to London, I was glad to stay there. The staff has always been knowledgeable and attentive, and the facilities were really good. The service offered was efficient. Lucky me, got ironing free of charge too.

Liked this place, it was great value. The hotel was in a comfortable and ideal location, together with perfect restaurant choices. And we were near popular Portobello market, to two tube stations on the circle and central line and restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops, and Bayswater & Queensway underground stations.

We had a great sized bedroom. The bed was extremely comfy, and there were a hair dryer and a dressing table too. The hotel was placed in the very central location very close to everything.

Some people working there were very unfriendly.

The location was comfortable and ideal, for example, a tube station was close to the venue. And I was close to restaurants and bars.

Place was perfectly clean, everything was really good. The staff was helpful, provided a smooth check-in and a late check-out. Had tranquil location within 6 minute walk from the Bayeswater tube station and brand-new rooms. Plus, it was just next door to Bayswater and Queensway subway stations, the Princes Square, and Hyde Park at end of road.

Views appeared to be not so nice.

The rooms are functional, with lovely views, and the location is incredible close to everything.

The hotel was situated in the very central location near 2 underground stations. All of the stuff where very hospitable, lively.

Very central location on the tubes. And close enough to nearby Queensway where the Tube stations are located as well as Queensway metro station.

I greatly enjoyed that they had an English breakfast. Overall it was spotless and compact, with a private bathroom. The hotel was absolutely brilliant and in a very central location adjacent to a quiet square, walking distance to Portabello Rd market and the tube and lots of cafe and restuarant nearby.

We stayed for 9 nights and really enjoyed the room, which was fairly quiet and compact. This small hotel offered us lovely views and scenery. Its location was very central, not too far from The Reel Poster Gallery. Have stayed here many times and would definitely go back.

This hotel was located in a central area short walk to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park, Portobello Road Market, and Paddington Station, subway and restaurants, and Kensington Palace and park. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in London.

Thank you everyone for a quite comfortable stay for one night on a sightseeing trip. The hotel was located in a great place, close to a subway station. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

It was surely a really really nice stay in February 2015. The hotel had a particularly good location close to a Portobello road. What's more, it was very close to tube, Hyde park, Kensington Palace and LHR express, London ` s centre by tube or a lovely walk across Hyde Park and a 5 minute drive or one tube stop to Paddington.

Had a really really nice stay in February 2015, glad I've chosen it. The location was great and lovely, just a short stroll away from Bayswater. Moreover, it's really close to Queensway metro station, park and one tube stop.

Booked standard double room, that included a lounge, a kitchen area, and a dressing table. English breakfast, the food was fabulous.

The location it has near to cafes and v close to Bayswater and Queensway tube as well as Notting Hill, Portobello Market, Kensington Palace and Hyde Park is good and magnificent. And it's by Westbourne.

I was happy, the standard queen room I booked came with comfortable bed, stuff members moving around 6, as example. The food was great with plenty of options.

We liked the gorgeous continental breakfast. Excellent service, though a few employees were not very friendly. The location of the property was perfectly comfortable, to London ` s centre by tube or a lovely walk across Hyde Park. Further, it was really close to Oxford Street, one of the main shopping streets in London, boasting several famous department stores such as Selfridges and Debenhams and nearby Queensway where the Tube stations are located.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

The continental breakfast food was fab. The staff were all attentive and pleasant. The setting was quite incredible within easy reach of a Kensington palace.

All in all, it was perfect base for travelling to London. You could walk to shopping malls and souvenir shops. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. The staff were cooperative, pleasant, did all they can for a really really nice stay.

Staff were amicable, room was neat. The location was marvellous and decent, within walking distance of Little Venice! There were shops and boutiques around the hotel.

Great size room with the iron, good toiletries plus a fan. Stunning and decent location for our visit to Bayswater not too far from the hotel. Set close to a subway station in the calm area.

The location was handy and marvellous, not far from London, Hyde Park and an underground. Even though some of the staff were rather noisy, I had a great stay. The standard double room was tidy with sit down shower, so that guests had essentials.

It was worth its 4 stars. Easy access to Bayswater tube station, it's relatively near the venue.

We were so close to some of our favorite spots such as buckingham palace. Set only 600 feet away, The Prince Edward is a wonderful place to eat nearby. No reason to complain with the hotel. Notting Hill district was worth staying in...
