The weather was such warm, had very nice stay of 4 nights. Top-class, helpful staff that were happy to help.

Liked how great quality and good modern the property was and its amazingly helpful staff at the reception desk. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice in a very very nice area, near a wide range of restaurants, shops, the underground station & Olympia, and tube and shops on High St Ken.

Fairly clean and enchanting property with amazing English breakfasts and good staff. Epic views of the London skyline from inviting rooms.

I had a very positive experience here, everything was exceptional, the location was magnificent close to High Kensington tube station as well as trains, Hyde Park and the museums in South Kensington. The room was functional & airy together with lovely views, a very clean bathroom, fridge. Really enjoyed the location to various attractions.

Lovely sized room with twin beds, incredible location right next to the train line. Large and hot breakfasts with beans and the bacon, for example, quiet atmosphere.

Our room was silent and functional with comfortable beds. The staff were happy to help and provided local information. The hotel had a very central location close to the Metro. We liked sitting in the restaurant for our Saturday evening meal.

It is recently renovated place to stay, the food is great, and location is handy right next to railway. The employees are well-trained and hard-working.

The room I booked was not cleaned no tea coffee etc and available with coffee, windows unable to open plus put on the lowest. The location was nice, in the heart of London.

The location was great and pleasant: supermarkets and a convenience shop were within walking distance. The restaurant was reasonably priced with light meals here, I had freshly cooked dishes.

The property was lovely welcoming with top-class stuff on that shift. This hotel was very good value for money, seeing price-lists in other hotels. The room was not only air conditioned, but good-sized too, and had a storage space and an iron.

Really enjoyed this luxurious accommodation with caring staff especially your doorman. We had good sized and stocked rooms with coffee & tea making machines and a fridge. The bed was comfy, a bathtub worked well.

The hotel was in an incredible and prime location not far from wall and the railway track-which has worse noise and rumbling and shops. I was given a quiet and huge room with with 2 single beds as well as the showers did n't work properly.
